Great service, food was perfect and my girlfriend loved the gift store. Her first time in a Cracker Barrel but I've a feeling we'll have to stop at many more on future road trips.

Never have me or my husband had such awful experience!! The food was cold, we waited dang near a whole hour before we got our food i wasn't told the sweet potatoes had pecans in it witch im highly allergic to the meal was supposed to come with a pie an never got 1 we could have had 1 but we would have had to pay for it!! We will NOT be back there.. they need better waiters ours wouldn't listen to us or our needs then a gentleman was cleaning the table behind us an kept hitting our chair with another chair an never even said anything nor said he was sorry!!!! Completely RUDE!!!!!! We would appreciate it if the manger would reach out to us and give us a full refund!!!!!!!!

Signed up online to get on waiting list 11:30am text message back from them 2 1/2 hour wait #63 in line. Got there 2 hours later and they say I’m not on list. Showed them the text and said nothing they can do but put me on the list and wait another 1 1/2 hours. So looks like I won’t be visiting this store ever again . Had to go to sports bar next door for Thanksgiving

Ate all our meal no bread. Give me small bag to put bread in lol grease comin theu it .she wasn't good waitress slow an forgot what we needed . Sweeping around us eating .
