Always smells good walking in. This location is a bit off the path from the freeway, but worth it. Great food. New spicy crispy chicken sandwich too. Onion rings are great. Custard... choose your favorite.

While Culver's seems to fall in that in between spot of being a fast food place and restaurant, the service is more restaurant speed than fast food, I wouldn't expect to go in and get served to go or to stay and be quick about it whether its because of more quality or just more busy it isn't as fast as a fast food restaurant.
Ordered only custard through drive through and watched 6 others get food and custard before I got mine. Had to flag down one of the runners to find out what happened to my custard. Even then had to wait. Eventually I was heading into the store and somebody finally was going to bring it out with the manager did refund the money because someone else had apparently been given order the first time they made it.

The workers need to double check to go Orders. Was missing fries and no napkins or straws in the bag. Burgers were cold and tasted gross. I called the store and all she said was we will double check the orders. They could of made It right with a coupon will not be returning here especially with the high prices
