The workers need to double check to go Orders. Was missing fries and no napkins or straws in the bag. Burgers were cold and tasted gross. I called the store and all she said was we will double check the orders. They could of made It right with a coupon will not be returning here especially with the high prices

Incredibly speedy service! I only ordered a concrete; while there were several cars in front of me that had ordered full meals, the drive-thru crew had them waiting off to the side so I was able to zip right through and enjoy my snack! A model of efficiency, and of course the quality was exactly what you expect from a Culver's (concrete with vanilla frozen custard, chocolate sauce and marshmallow... IMHO, this combination works better with vanilla frozen custard than with chocolate as the base)

Your gal in the booth at 6pm on June 5th with the piercings missed us ordering an entire sandwich and fries. Because we didnt feel like waiting around another 20 minutes, a member of my family didnt get to eat with us. Can very easily say you lost a customer.

I love Culver's food, and still do. However, over the past 2 visits in May 2025, after ordering, I have waited 15+ minutes for food to be brought to the table. It was all completely cold. One of the visits they gave us fries when we had ordered onion rings (receipt correct). They took fries and never returned with onion rings. We got them after going to the counter and asking for them. Hoping it is just a fluke. Otherwise, staff friendly, restaurant clean, just food to table time slow causing cold meal making visit a less enjoyable. I'll try Culver's again, but not soon.

This is the first time I’ve ever had anyone be rude to me. I used the drive thru and the lady who gave me my drink was nasty. I asked her for a BBQ sauce incase they forget she snapped at me… they won’t! And I got no bbq sauce they forgot. I’ll stick with chic fill a

Please read all: My husband and I went through drive through. The person taking our order was nice and put in everything correctly. We wait for our food. They didn't put in the extra cup of cheese we ordered so we had to go inside to grab it. Get home and come to find out they didn't put bacon on my husband's sandwich even though it was on the receipt. That stinks because it costs extra.
The WORST part, is that my husband and I both got sudden GI tract discomfort and urgent diarrhea a little while after eating. Close to the same time. Seeing as how neither of us ate the same thing for 2 days prior, it had to be Culver's. Today both of our stomachs are slightly irritated and gurgling. I love Culver's, but now I don't trust you for anything. Update: it has been a week since I contacted the company directly. I specifically requested they contact me. I have not received any contact from them. Either they have A LOT of complaints or they just don't care that they gave my husband and me food poisoning. Their reply to my review is worthless. Do NOT go to this Culver's Update 2: I was contacted by some sort of manager. She basically said since she hasn’t had any other complaints, too bad so sad. Wasn’t expecting to be treated like a liar. You just lost a loyal customer.
