Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I've been to this Dairy Queen three times even though I don't live in Lafayette Indiana. Before this I don't remember the last time I went to any dairy queen. I always find the help here to be extremely friendly and accommodating. I will definitely continue to visit this one when I'm in town.

I've eaten at this location a lot. The staff are cool, their people and people have the problems associated with being human but the staff here hasn't disappointed me. Good stuff!

Absolutely terrible there was a hole in my blizzard leaking onto my clothes and my jacket. The customer service was terrible. The drive-through service was rude. Waited 25 minutes to receive food only to wear it on my lap and not to receive what I had ordered completely, ignored my request and was rude. The entire time will never return to this establishment!

Stopping here is sure to bring a smile to anyone's face. The menu features a wonderful selection of basket meals, including chicken strips, some of the best hamburgers in town, and delicious coney dogs. I can confidently say that all of the ice cream dishes are fantastic. Additionally, the staff is always friendly and courteous.

Ordered a custom cake that was supposed to have an image printed on it but instead they just wrote out the name of the image I asked for.

Edited to add that we opened the cake and realized that it has a bunch of small dead flies on it.

This was a drive-thru situation. My food was not completely ready, so I had to park, but they were right out and took care of me very quickly.

Got some blizzards today. They were really good, just hoped they added more of mixes in. Like they put the mix ins/toppings only on top 1/4 of the way & the bottom is just plain ice cream.

I've come here several days a week to get food and nearly every time something is messed up. One day my food was so covered in grease because it had been double fried I couldn't eat it. Another day the drinks are so over carbonated it burns when you drink it. There was a short white hair in one of cheeseburgers. Safe to say I won't come here anymore.
