Gave me the blizzard first, then had to wait for the food I ordered. By the time food was handed to me, blizzard was melting. Just a little common sense. No lid given, one paper thin napkin given with the food. I had a mess to clean up by the time I got home.

Horrible service. Very slow. Very difficult to hear the drive thru person. We ended up driving away since it was taking so long for them to prepare three small items. One person working while two appeared to just stand around.

Got a cheeseburger meal. Everything was fresh! Good service. Took a little longer getting thru the drive thru. I've noticed thats one thing I dont like, but the food is good so ill wait for it.

I ordered a royal blizzard and asked for it to be changed from Reese’s to cookie dough, which was correct but it also tasted like it had mint chocolate chip and peanut butter in it. (Hate mint) The man taking my order seemed very annoyed that I wanted to customize my blizzard. Which honestly was a waste of time because it still tasted like peanut butter and mint. Also the marshmallow fluff was just blended into the blizzard. I just hope you guys can get it together.

This specific store always gives us our ice cream where it’s really melted and I have asked on two separate occasions to have it remade and they did politely say they would, but each time we got the new order it was the same or worse. Not going to this one again! And don’t get their banana split, they let it melt and then barely put any whipped cream on it as if they didn’t have much and they just didn’t want to go to the back fridge to open another can. I can’t make this up! This was my first job as a teenager so it’s disappointing seeing the carelessness especially when people choose to spend their money there. Won’t be going back. Don’t say you weren’t warned!

Very very stingy with their food now I got 4 chicken strip baskets didn’t have the bread in it, it had about 12 fries, and the chicken strips were very small my gravy container wasn’t even a quarter full and same with my ranch. My drink was also a quarter of the way not filled to the top. Mind you I got 4 chicken strip meals. They were all this way.
