It took 20 minutes to receive my food. Once I received it, it was cold. People who ordered after me received their order before I did.

Never tried DQ before, so bf and I got a $7 burger meal and a chicken tender meal, respectively. Good wasn't amazing, but wasn't necessarily bad either. A very "meh" fast food experience. However, about 4 hours later we both felt kind of awful. Lot of gas, nausea, and stomach cramps. I tried to hold back a gag and choked on it, not pleasant at all! It's now the next morning and I can feel every bend in my gut still. Will not eat DQ ever again!

This DQ used to be my go to but this service is atrocious. When I entered the drive through, there were like 4 cars ahead of me and it took around 20 minutes just to order. When I actually go to the window, they ran out of buns and didn't give me the fries I had already paid for, which I tried to remind the employee at the window about. There were also employees loitering around the garbage outback instead of in the restaurant helping the rest of the staff.

We placed an order for pick up online. We are still waiting for it, and it’s already 30 minutes after they said it would be ready. There are at least 4-5 cars waiting behind us, too. We were wanting to pick up in the lobby, but the lobby wasn’t even open and it’s Sunday 5:00 pm. We do like the food here, but service is definitely lacking. We understand that issues with personnel shortages arise, however a 30-35 min wait for a fast food restaurant is an excessively long wait.

15 mins. In line. Last 5 after being greeted. Zero efficiency as fast food. And this. Was 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon.

If your delivery they will leave you for last, it don't matter if you got food or ice cream they will serve everyone else who got there after you first then they will give you your order.

We went to this DQ on our way to Indianapolis in 2023 and 2024.
The place was squeaky clean, staff was polite and did not take long to prepare our burgers. The food was freshly cooked, hot, and delicious! This is a welcome change from the lukewarm dry burgers served elsewhere that were probably cooked awhile ago and just made a brief stop at the microwave.

My wife went thru the drive thru and ordered two 3pc meals. It takes 5 minutes for her to get home. Everything was terrible. The fries tasted like they were three days old and the chicken was extremely dry. This was a lot of money to spend on food that we could not eat.

It takes a little longer than Burger King or McDonald's, and is a little more expensive. However the service and quality you get is much better.
Comparable to Culver's in my opinion.

Most stressful experience I've had at a DQ and I worked at one for 2 years. It was not busy but the kids behind the counter had no idea what they were doing so the order took 30 minutes.
