Is normally good and fast but literally watched the tracker come and go past my address 3 or 4 times. 40 min delivery when I live 10 to 15 min away. Live on Ortman Lane in lafayette driver come all the way to Teasdale Drive then turns around and goes all the way to Barnabas Lane. Then all the way back to 231 then turns around to come up 9th Street to Ortman Lane. Easily added another 30 min to my wait. Long wait for them just so they can give me a pizza box that looks like somebody sat on it. Went ahead and filed a claim. Would not advise delivery. My address is literally 3 miles from the store. The total route the driver took was a total of 12 miles give of take a mile.
UPDATE Went back to 38 location of Dominos and they did really good got it as a carryout order and it was done on time and was ready to go staff seemed very friendly. My pizza was very good.

The lady with the ponytail working the drive thru this evening was beyond rude. I pull up to retrieve my order and immediately she has an attitude upon opening the drive thru window. I say hi and tell her I’m picking up my order and she just ignores me, rolls her eyes and goes to look through the boxes on the counter. I gave her the benefit of the doubt (maybe she didn’t hear me say hello), and said thank you before grabbing my pizza. Again, she says nothing. I stare at her anticipating at least a “thank you”. Not even expecting a “have a nice day” like what normal customer service people say. I say it again, thinking she didn’t hear me. Receive absolutely nothing for a response. Shuts the window on me and turns away. Is this place always like this? Or is it just this one employee who can’t be bothered to do a decent job?

Very disappointed. I waited in my car for over 30 minutes while the employees stood around talking. They brought out orders right away for other customers, but ignored mine. When I finally went inside to get my food, the staff laughed as I walked out. The service was disrespectful and unprofessional. One star, and I won’t be back.

Ordered thin pepperoni, mushroom and extra cheese pizza for delivery. It was burnt, dry, 5 mushrooms, no extra cheese. Slightly warm if that. Called manager. No help at all. Never again will order from dominos. Absolutely pathetic. Save your money
I ordered from here and it was made incorrectly. The employees were initially defensive, stating their manager made it correctly. Until I offered to drive it there to show them. Was eventually told that I could have a refund or have a credit for the remake. I called to redeem my remake and was treated like I was crazy.

One of the few places here that is consistent and you know what to expect. It’s not fancy or gourmet but it’s pizza. I really appreciate that out of the many time I’ve been to this one I haven’t been disappointed.
