Customer service is TERRIBLE. Rudest employees I think I’ve ever dealt with. Used to be a great location, until it was ruined with terrible staff.

I had a rubber gloves wrapped up with my sandwich. I had four tater tots. Went back around and got my food replaced. Still had for tater tots and my sandwich was cold.

Always pleasant staff, tea is perfect. Dougnuts are fresh. Clean and rarely run oit of products.

i would give zero start if i could they let flies shit and play in the donuts the customer service is HORRIBLE and they will never fix a issue they caused or refund anything don’t waste your money here TRASH

Used to love coming here all the time but now not so much. The service sucks now and the staff is the worst. Tried going in for my medium coffee today on national coffee day with a purchase of an item and they said no, acted like they didn't know anything....??? I also had to get off from drive through cause the scanner not working so I went inside and it was just worst, waste of time.

I'm a huge Dunkin fan and will go at least once a week. All the locations in the Greater Lafayette area are good👍🏾

Guy at the window mumbled the entire time. Only good thing was the frozen chocolate that you can’t really mess up. Out of most of their go to donut hole flavors at 11am. Barely cooked the hash browns you can visually see they are not fried correctly. The 11am crew just sucks. 5 star frozen chocolate on a good note!
Would have picture but cooked hashbrowns in air fryer already.

They don't do the coffee right for hazel nut because when I went to order my coffee they didn't put enough hazel nut in my coffee so I ran in and I asked the guy who can u put more hazel nut in my coffee he put more hazel nut in my coffee the guy is wasn't being nice he is so rude when u order

The weakest hazelnut coffee eve, and the guy on the drive thru speaker didn't make things better, his tone when ordering was unappealing. Wasted my time and money coming here, I don't know what I was thinking . I'm done with all Dunkin doughnuts they are so out dated.

Disappointed. Asked for a coffee and they charged me for a latte. Would not recommend

Went in for a quick bite. I saw the donuts looked like someone sat on them at 800 am in the morning. So I opted for hot sandwich coffee and taters rounds. I got 6 tater rounds soggy barely warm. Bagel sandwich was hard even though I heard thrm toast the bagel it was almost as bad as eating razor sharp bread crust. Egg was OK cheese was slimy. Coffee was the only thing half way decent. I honestly went out fo my way to get in there won't try again
