After coming here OFTEN because they are quick and always get my order right. Friday while I was working at the window, I see the Indian lady who is making the food. Reach down with her gloved hand and pick something up off the floor, throw it away and continue making food with the same glove on. Gross!

I accidently placed a wrong order in the App, immediately canceled and created a new order. The first Order didn't appear to be canceling so I called the store right away to be sure they didn't make it. He tried to convince me to just come back the next day for it instead of canceling. But I didn't want to do that. As I'm picking up my order he tried to convince me again to come back. I asked that it just be canceled and they agreed and handed me my correct order.
Charges for both orders came through a couple days later so I called the store. He told me "it's not their fault I put in the wrong order" and the only thing they can do is give me the items I wrongly ordered. He said they have no way of giving a refund.

If they have no way of refunding a canceled order, they should've told me that at the time I picked up my order. But they let me drive away thinking I wouldn't be charged.

Since I just paid $18 and only received my $6 meal, I thought I would let everyone know how shady they run their business. I will definitely not be giving them any more of my $.

Customer service goes a long way and when you have 0 it makes it hard for people to want to come back

How does a large hot pumpkin coffee turn into large hot nutty pumpkin with 4 hazelnut shots and 4 creams

Ordered delivery for a dozen donuts was never notified they didn't have the kind I ordered so I could ask for a different kind. Instead they just gave me 9 out of the 12 donuts I ordered. Upset that they didn't even try to see if I wanted to substitue for the missing items.

Smelled like raw sewer

First of all I asked for stuffed mini everything bagels like three times and got plain bagelsTotally fine. I love bagels. I love cream cheese. They were hot and fresh -deliciousThe man on duty was kind, helpful, The facility looked pretty clean so the atmosphere was okay- nothing special just very mehAnd I had also ordered a ham and Swiss cheese stuffed croissant. It was lukewarm at best and I'm going to add a picture and hopefully you can see what I saw- It was definitely not freshI also asked for a caramel iced coffee and it was delicious

Wheelchair accessibility: This Dunkin is situated in a strip mall and about three stores down. There is a wheelchair ramp next to handicap parking

Started going here for my breakfast because they are significantly faster than McDonalds. They have good healthy options such as the avocado toast. Only 4 stars, because twice now they have forgotten an item in my order, (though I was not charged for it either). Overall, good service.

I love the mini bagels .. yummmy.

If you don't have the Dunkin' ap, get it. If you like earning free things and spending very little on coffee, in comparison to other shops, this is the place for you! If there is ever an issue, the Dunkin' I frequent makes up for it. The baristas are amazing, and the blueberry donut and apple fritter satisfy my sweet tooth.
