I am always waiting for my food. Sometimes 10 or more minutes and I’ll be the only one in the drive through. Also I ordered an iced cappuccino the other day that was perfect and went to get another one today but they kept giving me a frozen one saying that’s the only way they do it there. I kept informing her that it’s suppose to be over ice not blended. I’m sure they did not want to take the extra time to fix my drink. They also handed me the wrong order. The lady wasn’t nice and kept trying to make me look stupid. This isn’t the first time. I went a couple months ago and a worker in there kept saying he wanted to kill himself because he had orders to do and that someone called off. This location is a mess!! I’ve tried contacting customer service but have gotten no where.
I had been trying to call the place multiple times and they don’t respond. They miss half of my order… I am not going back to that location again.

Worst one I've been to yet. The employee did not want to wait on us. She stood and starred at us longer than anything. I asked for blueberry munchkins and the tray said just that but then she wanted to argue they didn't have any, I could literally see them. No "hi how are you" no " thank you" literally nothing. Just an argument over donuts. This location needs new employees.
