Our family of 4 enjoyed our meals with the Shrimp and grits being the best meal at the table. Lots of delicious sauce over cheesy grits and shrimp. Shrimp a tad overcooked but sauce was so good. Also, Hanger Steak had a nice flavor and sauce. Butternut squash and Brussels sprouts could be cooked more as they were too crunchy but potatoes were cooked just right. The only disappointment was the beef stroganoff which could use more flavor and less sour cream. I feel they need to rework this dish. We also had an order Truffle fries which we all enjoyed and washed it down with good ole xxx root beer. Attractive ambiance and server was very friendly. All in all was delicious and would definitely return.

Been wanting to come here for years and finally the timing was right. We sat at the bar and Austin gave several recommendations (Steak Tacos and their soup of the day) that were excellent. The entire experience, food, vibe, and hospitality were top notch. If you haven’t been, go! If you have but not for a while, what are you waiting on?

It was our first time, there waitress was really nice and answered all of our questions. We got the truffle fries, amazing. I got the ribs and I hate bbq sauce it always to sweet so I got mine without. Well the ribs were not great. Absolutely no flavor at all I had to put salt and pepper on them to be tolerable and I only ate 2 before I gave up because they were so tough and over cooked. We were really disappointed because we heard such good things. They only got a 2 star because the waitress and truffle fries were good.

Very expensive. For what you get. My wife got the ribs. They was so dry it was like saw dust no dry rub on it either no flavor. I on the other hand got the steak tacos. And all I could taste was taco seasoning very over powering. We both got sweet tea and it wasnt sweet at all. At lest it didnt taste old. The fries we got wasnt bad but really didnt have any flavor. Most likely won't be coming back.

I stopped here for my Steak Dinner before leaving town. I am glad I did. When my Steak first came out to the table, I was a little nervous that it was cooked too much. The Filet was very good. Cooked to the perfect temperature. The Potatoes were excellent, the Butternut Squash was slightly tough though. The Bread Pudding was very good as well. The waitress did a great job and was really nice. I will definitely go back to this place if I am in Lafayette again.

Atmosphere was nice. We were there pretty early in the evening on a Saturday. Menu sounded great, but food was just way over priced. We all ordered steaks and the best one was definitely the filet. I don't recommend the hangar steak at all - the "cowboy butter" was almost inedible and drowned the meat. Plus mine was overcooked. Tried the crab cakes and they were OK, but the beans underneath were the same texture and it kinda all just blended together and took away from the taste of the crab. I did enjoy the potato/brussel sprout side. The bits of ham made it really tasty.

Highly recommend!! Alden our server was awesome. We sat outside and it was really nice. Flowers separating the tables and side walk was a nice detail that show they go above and beyond. 100% going back!! Outside was pet friendly as well!!!
