Gross. Waited at the abandoned counter for a while and was finally greeted by a guy emerging from the back while pulling his pants up who looked surprised to see me there. While I was paying another person emerged from the back to which the first guy announced if he could help me because he needed to “go to the bathroom BAD!” He ditched the computer and walked away. Everyone else in the kitchen was on their phones sharing loud stories. Will not be back. At least not without an antibiotic.

The place was super nasty. Trash overflowing in the lobby AND bathroom. Dishes overflowing. Workers didn’t give out anymore breadsticks besides 4. The food wasn’t good. Baked spaghetti was just spaghetti with barely any melted cheese. My daughter didn’t finish her food it was gross.

It was $34 for two adults to get combos with regular drinks and a side. The forks, dinner bowl, and seating were all dirty, the only reason I'm giving two stars is because the breadsticks were good

When they brought out my family's food, mine was missing... they said it would be right out. I waited for quite awhile and then went up to the counter to ask for bread sticks and to check on my dinner. They still hadn't made it. They brought the bread sticks out and apologized, but still no dinner for me. A little while later I have to go up again to ask about my food and more bread sticks, because apparently they don't come around and offer them anymore, or check on their customers... you know the people who are the only reason that they are getting paid. My dinner finally came out after my entire family was done eating. I used to like this place.

The bread sticks were so good! For the last few years when we've gone to Fazoli's (in general, not this particular store) the bread sticks were hard and dry. The ones we had this visit were soft and just like they used to be. They also accommodated my dietary restrictions without hesitation.

We stopped at this Fazoli's as we were headed back home from Chicago. I haven't gotten to eat at one in years because there's not any near me. The food was amazing and came out so quick! All of my kids loved the food. The 2 ladies that were working behind the counter were so sweet and great.
