This is a great place to go if you want your food made incorrectly. I’ve been three times and they’ve managed to a perfect 3/3 on getting my incredibly simple order wrong. Keep up the great work

I KID YOU NOT IT HAD ONE PIECE OF TURKEY ON IT ,
IT WAS BARELY WARM AND COST WAY TO MUCH. I DID A FULL REFUND. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.

We went into Firehouse Sub today for the first time because my brother recommended the brisket sub and we got 3 meals and upgraded our side for Mac & Cheese. The girls working were so amazing! We had LaLa on the register and she went over and beyond for my family! They gave me my son’s sandwich(we all had separate bags) and I didn’t realize it until after I bit into it. They were very apologetic and they quickly remade his sandwich. She also let me take a firefighter hat for my 5 yrs old autistic son that wasn’t with us at the time. I explained to her that he loves hats and she said that we can take one. She gave him 2 stickers as well that he just loved!! Great customer service ladies!

Ate here last week and I will say I will NOT be back. Autumn apparently the boss was extremely rude to all the customers coming in, had no patience with us as it being our first time eating here. I do not recommend at all. Maybe give your customers a run down on the menu instead of standing there being annoyed by us reading the menu ourselves

We get sandwiches for take out. So far every time we've gone they're delicious. They do gluten free buns which is great.
