We went into Firehouse Sub today for the first time because my brother recommended the brisket sub and we got 3 meals and upgraded our side for Mac & Cheese. The girls working were so amazing! We had LaLa on the register and she went over and beyond for my family! They gave me my son’s sandwich(we all had separate bags) and I didn’t realize it until after I bit into it. They were very apologetic and they quickly remade his sandwich. She also let me take a firefighter...

Kind of disrespectful for the cashier to tell another employee they should talk to the enemy so nice! Enemy being a cop that was in there picking up his dinner. Very disrespectful from a place that is supposed to be for first responders!!! I hope that employee never needs that police officers help!!

My oldest son wanted subs for his birthday, the food was delicious. While the guy taking our order could use a lesson in customer service, the guy making the food more than made up for it. He was courteous and helpful to everyone coming in, definitely recommend.
