Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

The staff is always friendly the food good and fresh. But the tables are never clean and the floors greasy and slick.

Service was amazing and the ice cream was delicious! Definitely would come back again Highly recommend the ice cream in a waffle cup with sprinkles!

Edit++ after I got food for my family delivered that was below standards. Too greasy burgers and fries. The ice cream was even just OK. I called and complained. The manager in duty said they were sorry and they would take care of us. That was just bullshit. Took my info and never got back to us.

was promised great food and drink. tried out was thoroughly disappointed in the price, quantity, and quality of the food. the shake was probably the best thing, the fries were trash tier. have never gone back and have no interest in going back.

Food was not what I ordered. Could not hear Malik on drive thru speaker. Repeatedly told him couldn't hear him. Order was wrong. 14 bucks and my dinner was ruined! Very disappointing. Visited West Lafayette location six months ago, bad experience there. Decided to give another chance Lafayette location, Malik messed up again, won't be back!

Came through here for a quick bite. Service was good, food came out in a reasonable amount of time. I had cheese curds, which are not quite as good as Culvers. I felt like they could have cooked longer because they weren't crisp enough and cheesy enough. The concrete shakes are good, so enjoyed his burger melt.

Most ppl go through the drive-through and don't see the condition inside. However, I experienced a dirty front counter, dirty/sticky drink station, and the pickup counter has a thick, sticky slide pattern that gleams! It was not busy and a worker could have cleaned any and ALL of those places.

my experience at freddie’s was amazing! i came in with my friend and her kids, who never have had freddie’s. bobbi and the staff were very inviting. the place was clean and everyone was friendly and attentive! bobbi even talked my friend into getting her kids some custard to go! overall 10/10, we will definitely be back.
