The food was Excellent. The Service was fast in the drive through. The person that took my money ask how I was doing and how my day was going. It had been a stressful day but that made my day better.

Terrible service! They have a really cool 2 for 1 policy. Where you pay for 2 items yet only receive 1. Then when you call to complain they either don't answer the phone or when they do answer the claim they'll send you a coupon....then magically the coupon gets lost in the mail. Imigine that.

Today, Friday August 7th at 12:15 PM I headed to lunch. The first place I stopped had a line of about 12 people waiting to order and a quick look around I saw that many waiting on food. I then drove to the nearest Wendy's on S.R. 38, The parking lot was full and cars lined the building for the drive through. I actually parked in the nearby Mall parking lot and walked in. The dining room was full, one family was getting their order and no one was in line at the register. It was good to see a restaurant that staffed for rush hour and then performed like machinery. I haven't seen that in a fast food restaurant for years. Waiting 18 minutes for a Whopper or 20 for a quarter pounder makes no sense. Thanks Wendy's and Frosty Management for understanding your customer's desire for quality food and in a timely manner. Marty Cotterman
