This is genuinely my favorite boba place of all time. I’ve never found another place with a strawberry lemonade green tea and it’s absolutely delicious. I regularly go to the mall just to get boba. Cannot recommend more! They’re always so nice!

Cannot adjust the sweetness level. One of the workers said it wasn’t that sweet, so I gave it a try and it definitely was too sweet. I asked if they could just water it down but they only had sink water. They tried to fix my drink but it didn’t work out and the person helping me appeared to be reluctant to help from the get-go so I gave up and left unhappy.

My munchkin ? loves this spot if she knows we are going to Lafayette she always wants to stop here.

I wish there was a star with zero under it to express how screwed up this place is. I ordered my tea and waiting for it. Almost 20 minutes passed by and still see no sign of them making the tea I asked the staff if she can tell me how long will it take and she responded "i don't know" seriously. Is that what I was waiting to listen for past 20 min. I still kept calm and asked any idea, she again said I dont know. It just not a response anyone would like to hear. Come on if not planning on making the tea simply say no and do not take orders. But these money hungry people like to take orders to collect money but do nothing to deliver the product. I said give me my refund I dont need the tea anymore and she said okay and left to make teas yet not mine. I was shocked. There was one more person there and he was even worse. My respect is far more important than this bubble tea. These people have no manners as well as sense of running a business. No appropriate behavior. I will never visit them nor would I recommend anyone.
