I give up. I've tried this location several times over the almost year that I've been working in the area and it's just never good.
Started off with the spicy chicken sandwich but it always had such small chunks of meat that it felt like a rip off so I switched to the 2 for $5 wraps only to have hard chunks of meat/breading that was mostly breading and either way to much sauce or barely any. After these failures, I switched to the chicken tenders. I ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders but they were consistently overlooking at least one or two of them so I ordered 5 the next time hoping that I would get at least 3 edible pieces. At this point, I give up. I'm done wasting my money.

During my visit to this restaurant, I noticed a lack of cleanliness overall. The sandwiches and food served were cold and had a poor taste. This experience was unsatisfactory, and I hope the management will improve the hygiene standards and the quality of the food.

We stopped at the drive through to grab dinner. Greeted by a friendly voice. Parking lot was clean, not much to look at but it’s a gas station. I usually grab something small from any fast food, but today I tried the Carolina chicken sandwich and got the combo. My guy just had a burger and fries. Quick and friendly service. LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THAT AWESOME SANDWICH!!! You did good. I’m still thinking about it and it’s been 4 days. The French fries were also perfect crunch. Job well done! Thank you! 😊

My husband and I stopped in to place an order. A few people ahead of us were undecided about what to order and gave us a quick chance to browse the menu. When my husband approached the cashier, the cashier had just picked up his mop and gave a loud huffing noise and an eye roll. There was no need to serve up and attitude. So we opted to go elsewhere due to the poor attitude.

Service was great, way too fast I should have known the food was going to be terrible. Call to order was like 2 minutes. I literally couldn't stomach half of a Fresno. You ever bit into a sandwich and literally gagged?
Fries was better than McDonald's soggy ones.
This Hardee's is by far the worst I've ever eaten at.

My husband is a truck driver stopped in to grab a bite to eat, no one was around so he knocked on the employee door to get their attention as to customers in the lobby. Abby came out rudely saying don’t knock on my door. He said sorry I’m just trying to get food. She had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen as I was on the phone with him the whole time. You work in the food industry be where you’re supposed to be, and don’t be rude! I said I was making a review she responded that she doesn’t care about that. I hope the managers watch her interaction with him and do something about that. I would be embarrassed to have employees representing my company like that. Hardees do better 8:30 pm
