One of the best experience I’ve had in this town of Lafayette. Service was 5 stars. Food was fresh and just delicious. It was my first time ever having Hawaiian food and was memorable. The owners (I believe) are from Hawaii and the love definitely shows in the food. Do you remember that cashiers name Hawaiian hut. Wish I remembered everyone’s name that was working because they definitely made me an my husband feel welcomed. We will definitely be back often!!! Thank u all for leaving such a big impressive experience. Also we both are servers at a local favorite an have been in this business for 22 years so it takes a lot to actually impress me. Kudos

Pulled pork and order of Cabbage was sliding and very GROSS to the taste!!! Macaroni Salad was warm, plus we never got the shrimp part if our order.

This is the 1st time we stopped after many times walking by. My strawberry-pineapple smoothie was awesome and my wife loved her Dole-whip soft serve. ❤️After we walked around the mall we wanted to stop a 2nd time.

Seriously, you have to try it! The food is DELICIOUS! I had the chicken katsu and it was the most authentic katsu I've had since I went to Japan. Their crab rangoon is beyond good, especially with that sauce. And the Dole whip is a modern miracle. I haven't been able to have soft serve since I became lactose intolerant, but this is completely dairy free and delicious! I promise, even if you hate dairy free ice cream, you will love this. The best part? They deliver through DoorDash now, so you don't even have to go to the mall! You have to give them a try, it's worth it.

Was hopeful. This is a little place in the mall with 2 booths and a little bar with 2 seats for eating. The restaurant was very clean. Menu is limited with plates costing around 11.00 with tax. Portions are average and filling. We were told all food is prepared fresh with a 20 minute wait. Cooked and prepared are two different meanings. Our food was definitely not cooked fresh as it was served very cool. I’m guessing it was microwaved and put in the styrofoam container is what they consider prepared fresh. It tasted ok, would have been better if hot. They have the Hawaiian style shave ice which was good and can serve it traditional style. The people working were very friendly and seemed to be desperately trying to get business. The music was really loud. If you want food that is hot and fresh, Nori right across from this place is hands down better for food. It would be less stars except they were nice and the shave ice is good.

Ruined my experience by forgetting sauces. Anyone from Hawaii knows these meals need 3X the sauce, I paid for a hotel out here just to have Hawaiin food and it's sad, dry and disappointing. Would've been a better review if you just add sauce for your delivery customer

They serve good food.. its delicious and the restaurant is clean but the only thing i complain about it took them forever to serve ur food.. your talking about 10 to 15 minutes but the waiting time is longer than that.. .its irritating to wait.. even for an extra rice took forever to serve??

The food wasn't the best. It took a long time for the food to come out. The meat seemed microwaved, it was really dry. I've been to Hawaii and had authentic Hawaiian food and this was not it. I suggest just getting the soft serve or shaved ice. My friend ordered the sweet and sour chicken and had food poisoning symptoms after consumption. Maybe its due to the pandemic but it seems like their food quality had gone down. Compared to the other food places around them there weren't any customers ordering from them, which should have told us something. 10/10 would not go back again.
Amazing! Tastes just like the plate lunches and shave ice we fell in love with in Hawaii! We will be back regularly!

Love this place. DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE the deliciousness - even my mother from hawaii said "looks ono" when I sent her the picture of my 'elua plate with the katsu and kalua pork. My girlfriend and I are going back for the shave ice and dole whip tomorrow.

I remember when Hawaiian Hut was in Wesr Lafayette and I was so sad when it left. So happy to see it back! Their dole whip is genuine and delicious!! Don’t go with knock offs elsewhere! It takes me back to Disney every time!

Wow, their Hawaiian Shaved ice is DELICIOUS and unique. Their food is good too! I just wish I'd see more people go to it. I believe it's a mom and pop business which is hard to imagine giving the custom look of the place!
