First time here in 13 years , when I used to work out here was my go-to once a week. The restaurant is in desperate need of an update. Wings didn't have that hooters taste like they used too , not bad but idk there's so many options to get them much better these days and this was always hooters main food. Chicken quality wasn't great and sauce not as good as it was. Honestly tastes similar to getting them at Casey's Gas Station which baffles me. Employees were fine and did a good a job. The restaurant was pretty empty which is odd to me I remember It always being busy. Last time I tried it 5 years ago in a different location was much better. Not bad but could be much better and likely draw in more customers if they remodeled and cleaned up. Not sure if the food changed franchise wise or just here but could be much better.

Saturday night. Three tables had people at them plus ours- we had 4 adults. After waiting 10 minutes we were seated, it took at least 20 minutes to get our order. Then spent another 40 minutes waiting at a table for waters. We received nothing. We left.

I will start off by saying that this is the 3rd time I've been to this location, and it was abnormally busy. BUT, that doesn't excuse lack of service and quality of my visit. appears severely understaffed today. my waitress was Leah. I stood in line hoping for a table when I walked in for several minutes, 3 or 4 groups ahead of me in said line. noone greeted any of us. I reluctantly took a seat at the bar, I don't like sitting at the bar but that's a me thing...was over 10min, possibly 15, before I was acknowledged and my order was taken. Leah acknowledged my order of the lunch special of the cheeseburger and curly fries with a Dr pepper no ice. was another 10min before I received my Dr pepper. was over 30min before I received the cheeseburger which she admittedly after I said something politely said she put in the order for all the trimmings and had to remake the order. was about 15min later I received the remake as ordered. I had requested mustard at time of ordering and again at time of my burger arriving properly made. my drink had been empty over 10min at this time. it was finally taken for refill and took almost 10min to refill. during all these longer than reasonable waiting periods not 1 customer had to wait for their alcoholic drinks/beer to my witness. why don't all customers receive the same service for their drinks? I never did receive my mustard after asking for it again after my burger arrived. when I was finished with my meal and ready to leave requested my check and so did my bar neighbors at same time. she sat oir cards and checks down on a open counter visible to others and easily reachable if someone wanted to snatch over the bar and run with them for several minutes. when you take someone's financial accessibility in your possession you're supposed to immediately process the check and return it to the customer promptly not leave at risk on a open counter. all 3 times I've been here the food has been less than steller compared to other hooters locations and service the first two times was mehhh at best. today marks the last time I come to this location.

Favorite spot for an ice cold Busch Light, and cheap too. Stop in and give Taylor a hard time, she’s great to shoot the shit with. Great personality and excellent customer service!
Arrived at 4:45 on a Thursday and sat at the bar. I asked if there were any happy hour specials and was told that happy hour is from 11am to 2pm. Very strange!? The bar in front of me was very wet and the server put a menu in the puddle. I grabbed some bar napkins and dried the bar and the menu. Had a beer and noticed stained pots, rust and stains on the equipment and a sauce spill. If you prepare food in front of your customers you need to meet that challenge. Clean counters and shiny stainless steel are a must. I chose not to order any food.

Been here a few times. Wings, burgers and funnel fries are my go to and have never let me down. All servers (Taylor, Shelby & Danielle) extend great customer service, however Sam's professionalism is Superb! The restaurant needs to be modernized.
