Walked into the empty restaurant to pick up my Togo order and awkwardly stood there for quite some time before anyone came over to ask if I had been helped. Whom I’m assuming was a manager was the person who greeted me and he had ZERO customer service skills, was extremely off putting, and had a dismissive demeanor. I gave him my name for the order and then he just walked by and said someone will be helping you soon. So even more time passes before I even get told to go to the end of the bar to pick up my food. I guess everyone was having a bad day because even the dude bagging my order was a douchebag. What would I expect from a hooters though lmao. Trash place.

Awful experience, over 10 mins to get seated than didn't provide enough seats. Noone took the initiative to clean up the nearby table. 11 people would of been a great tip. This place sucks.

Was there tonight, horrible service, food sat in the window for 5+ minutes, wife ended up with food poisoning from the chicken, forgetful waitress. Manager walked around like he was lost. Absolutely would not recommend going to hooters in Lafayette, day service could be different but the last 2 visits in the evening time have been bottom of the barrel service. Do better or find someone else to run the place. 10/10 don’t recommend.
