Went to get some ice cream with my child. Didn’t have public bathrooms. They had the inside locked. Wouldn’t let us use bathrooms. Only patio and drive thru open. If taking a potty training child to get ice cream don’t choose this place.

The last 2 times we've visited we've waited 30 min for a chicken wrap. Today we did an online order trying to shorten the wait time. Online said it would be ready at 417. Still hadn't received a ready text at that time. Went to get groceries and came back almost 30min later, still no ready text. Went to the window and it was sitting there (incorrectly prepared). Got a 'ready' text after we already picked up our food. Just be prepared to wait if you get anything other than drinks. Online ordering is not an efficient process either.

I’ve been here a few times for drinks. Today my boyfriend and I tried the food. It’s very overpriced for what they gave us. The 3 piece tenders was basically 3 nuggets. The nacho fries which I was expecting meat cheese and jalapeños for 6.50 is really just fries & a cheese cups. Not worth the money in my opinion. $35 for food that should be $20-$25. Also, the fried pickles I ordered burnt… most of them didn’t even have breading. Just burnt pickles. I’m not one to leave negative comments or reviews.. but I’m very upset about my experience.
Meet out of town friends there. Had Chocolate Malts. They were delicious.

Strawberry ice cream tasted like a mix of powdered milk and strawberry flavoring, the waffle cone tasted like it had been stored for a year.

I love, love, love the vanilla cokes, but am so sad to learn that the coney dogs are no longer on the menu. I live out of town now, but whenever I come home, I look forward to their coney dogs. The igloo used to be known for their coney sauce. Seems like a weird choice to get rid of it.
