Everything was super yummy as always, but the last couple times I have gone I have been helped by a woman named Cindy. At first I thought she may have just been having a bad day, but everytime she serves me she has this constant attitude. All the other employees that have served me have always been nice, but you can just tell she doesn’t want to be there! I hope it can improve, because she is not the jolliest😞

Just had swirl (chocolate/vanilla) ice cream (frozen custard) cones. Ordered at the window and ate in the car. It was good, not great. Service was fast and friendly. Price was very reasonable.

Was at the one behind Myers and only getting 3 drinks, 3 different payments and would only take 1 at a time. They were busy so I get it. Only problem was when I got up by the window it took 8 minutes while the girl hung out the window to talk to the lady in the car in front of me and giggled and waved to the girl in the back seat. Lady in front of me was handed a bag of food and 4 drinks. I got up to the window and said I wanted 2 drinks 2 different payments. She again said “I can only do one at a time” I mentioned the 8 minute wait with the car in front of me and said ours won’t take nearly that long. She walked away and got the manager who came to the window and argued with me telling me it makes no difference how long an order takes it is policy only one order at a time. FROM NOW IN I WILL NOT SPEND MY MONEY OR TIME AT IGLOO. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN FROM MANAGEMENT.

This is such a nice place to go and get some frozen treats. The staff is very friendly and they offer a great variety of flavors of frozen custard.
Prices are very reasonable for what you get.

It was okay but not enough caramel in the sundae. The onion rings were tasty. All dining is outside.

This place is on a busy corner and has a weird parking config so you can easily be blocked by the drivethrough. Probably just use the drivethrough if you can, it is fine to sit but nothing special.
Not sure why they “can’t” make a chocolate soda anymore. i asked for one and described to the kid what it was. He said they could make one with chocolate syrup not sauce and I was like sure. Got carbonated water with ice and chocolate syrup. They did offer me a side of ice cream when I asked why there was none in the drink, but with ice and the drink was already full I am not sure how I would have managed in the drive thru so I said no thank you. I always look forward to stopping in when I’m in Lafayette, but think I’ll stop elsewhere in the future.
