Love Igloo but kinda disappointed they took their menu down. Was asking about flavors of ice cream and the lady at the drive through seemed annoyed by my question. Still delicious nonetheless, just disappointed in customer service!

Why is the location closed at 1on a Friday?! Half the time I drive all the way here just for the closed sign to be in the window during hours. Why not at least have it show online as closed if your not going to be open when your suppose to

I’ve never had a bad experience in the 10 years i’ve been coming to this Igloo location. But today when i went to order an order of cheese curds and was asked what sauce i would like i said caramel. She rudely said we don’t do that. I’ve ordered this many times as it is how i eat my cheese curds. She then proceeds to shut the drive through window and another person comes out to ask specific questions on when i’ve ordered this before. Probably to yell at whoever’s letting it happen. I’m not sure the big deal about asking for a side of caramel. I would have paid extra if they said i had too. He was also very rude.

Must try the Chicken Wrap! They are most known for their dirty soda and custard but their food is delicious! My favorite is the Chicken Wrap!

The food is fine and the ice cream as well. The service was terrible and the prices were moderate. Most ridiculous part of it is the indoor dining room is closed. There's no way to use the restroom and you have to sit in the hot sun if you want to stay.

This review is for the drive-thru. When I went there the last time and I don't go there often I decided to go through the drive-thru. it took ages! I only wanted one item and that was a chocolate milkshake. On the food items that I've had there are great but the weight to get up to the window was so long.

Gosh it must be such a scary world that you can't let someone wash their hands. Found a Wendy's down the road washed my hands and got classic frosties. 🤷🏻♀️ What a stupid way to lose a customer.

Everything was super yummy as always, but the last couple times I have gone I have been helped by a woman named Cindy. At first I thought she may have just been having a bad day, but everytime she serves me she has this constant attitude. All the other employees that have served me have always been nice, but you can just tell she doesn’t want to be there! I hope it can improve, because she is not the jolliest😞
