Dining room unavailable every time we visit. This seems to be a continuation since the covid days. I could be wrong on the reason tho. Always short staffed but the young employees who are there, work very hard. I'm impressedParking: It's difficult pulling into and exiting the parking lot due to the drive thru line. The line cuts off traffic in or out and continues out along the road. There just isn't a good path to follow at all. Many customers leave the line or just decide not to mess with it all all. I've passed for that reason as well

I love Igloo Frozen Custard, as it holds so many memories from my childhood going with family. Whenever I am in Lafayette, the Igloo is my favorite place to grab ice cream or a drink. The drive through is super convenient. My go to order is vanilla custard with marshmallow, strawberries, whip cream and pecans. I also love to order a marshmallow Coke; I know that sounds like an odd combination but it's my favorite. Their marshmallow sauce is the perfect consistency. Another favorite staple is their fruit drink.

Went to get the kiddos a treat when we were informed that we had to go through drive through. It took forever ! It was worth the wait but would of preferred being able to go inside.

Always a treat! And always delicious. The problem I have is with the prices of the sodas. A large flavored soda is almost $3.00 now. Why? I understood the inflation that made them $2.50, and I know it doesn't seem like a huge amount these day, but now I don't go near as often. I used to be a daily regular.
I was very displeased with the pricing of this place. I Wanted my favorite fruit drink, which is a large for 4.50 without any ice. I had been explained that there would be an upcharge the next purchase.Whick was totally fine. HOWEVER, I Was charged 4.50 for the dring.then 1.75 for no ice. Finally 1.50 for a cup of ice. I asked for no ice because on my first visit , I'd gotten a cup full of ice. I will not pay almost 9.00 for any drink. Hake take me to Sonic, Chickasaw Fillet or perhaps McDonnalds for that matter. This is the only place that I hear of doing this. Ridiculously, the young lady didn't inform me of all the extra charges even though the 1.75 was acceptable , she just charged my card for whatever else. STOP IT ✋️ People stop playing with it!!!! I don't even want anything else from this place!!!Although, I love my pickles

Great Cokes, Custard and Food too! A Lafayette staple. Southside location has great execution of burgers, fries, wraps etc... There's always a line but what can you do.

While I enjoy the food and drinks, I don't enjoy having the drive-thru and QR ordering being the only options. Even the patio was closed for ordering. These types of business models discourage human interactions, the pulse of brick and mortar businesses. I want to be able to say hi and see smiling faces, not get CO2 poisoning from sitting in the drive-thru for extended periods. Myself and several others walked away from this location on a 90 degree day because we expected an actual customer experience. If you're expecting to interact positively with team members, this location is not for you. I will not patronize again until traditional customer experiences are restored.

I always come in here for the banana splits! Today i was very disappointed, no buttered pecans on my banana split! Literally thats what makes the split! Even when i get the Jr one i add them because i love them! I asked for Lids on all my ice creams and none had them except my banana split and thats after i told them. As i got him my 4 yr old was very disappointed that his Kathys Dirt Sunday had no gummy worm! WtheckDouble check your orders before you drive off!
