Terrible customer service, my bf went inside to sit down and eat, there was no crowd, late night, he was seated but was told there will be a wait and no one ever showed to take his order, after he waited over 30 minutes to be served but there was no acknowledgment. As he was walking out he saw they were standing around talking to one another and just watched him while he left! If there was a wait she should’ve told him how long the wait may be and came back to at least take his order after giving him some time to look over his menu. The customer service was straight terrible. If they were on lunch those doors should’ve been locked if no one was available, I will be calling to speak with a manager in the am !

3rd shift 2 females doing nothing but laugh and giggling while at work and talking instead of doing there job. U don't want to do ur job find someone that will bcuz I waited over a half hour for a refill and still didn't get it. Pathetic women

Ok. Some positive. Some negative. The food was good. The cook did a great job. The sirloin tips were the most tender I have ever had. The server, a young lady who worked her ..... off, stayed pleasant even though she was stressed because she was having to do to much. This store was run on a skeleton crew, which made the service strain. 1 cook, 1 server, and 1 other person that popped out of the back. This store could be so much better, but I thank the employees for keeping it as good as it is. I hope everything resolves and it continues to do well for the community to enjoy.
