I hate to be this guy, but I’ve been let down by this place too many times now. Every iced “latte” I’ve ordered was so syrupy sweet it was actually nauseating. You really have to try it just to see what I mean, it can’t just be me. Also, don’t ask to add espresso shots, the drink will be room temp. Maybe I just gotta start getting energy drinks from the GNC instead. I’ll spend 1/4 the $ that way too.

Scam, bought a coffee maker from them that was clearly used and broken.

the lady who works the open shift was by her self working a line of customers and was killing it. She was moving fast and keeping up while remaining friendly to the customers

Best coffe shop in the entire date of Indiana. I can get two large delicious coffees for the price of one at other coffees stores in town.

SCAM ALERT! Ordered a coffee maker from them, they shipped a unit that had clearly been restocked. It was dirty, had water stains all over it, and the first cycle I brewed, which was water to clean the unit, was yellow, indicating it had been used before. I sent it back and they originally said I had returned the wrong item, before then claiming it was "unsaleable" and only refunded part of my order.

This company is a complete scam!! Bought a brand new Rancilio Silvia grinder and espresso machine and the espresso machine never worked once since I bought it!! Also took customer service over 6 months to check it out and then it came back worse than before. Please do not buy anything from this company, they will steal your money!!

I went and ordered a large latte. The girl put whipped cream on top and then some other women scooped it off into the sink when she saw her mistake. I kindly told them that I can't consume that because of the sugar. She snub nosed me and poured milk into a cup, added espresso and handed it to me. I took a sip and said this isn't a latte. Another woman said "yes it is." I said "lattes are frothy." She then argued with me and said "they weren't and that I was thinking of a cappuccino." If you Google a latte, it's says the big brother of the cappuccino and even smoother and frothery. They don't even know how to make drinks and argue with their customers. What if I was a diabetic? The attitude and lack of knowledge was rediculous.
