I didn't personally go inside to order our food but when my sandwich was brought out to me, I immediately opened it up as I do all the time when I don't physically go inside and establishment . #9 was supposed to have bacon and it didn't. The roast beef was undercooked and slimy. Almost a watery type substance dripped off the meat onto the sandwich (as stated I inspect my food) . The sandwich was returned and a refund was issued. Was then told the roast beef was precooked. Glad to know as I won't be returning.

After hearing about this place's subs for year my wife and I were excited to stop by and try the hype.
It did not disappoint. The subs were fantastic. The agave soda on tap was delicious. We ordered both hot and cold subs and they were perfectly made.
I need to give special shout out to the 2 ladies behind the counter keeping the store in check. There were only 4 people working, 1 was on break and the other one was 'helping,' but these 2 grey ladies were handling an unending stream of people coming in and out for mobile pickups, and handling the people eating inside, and answering questions, and taking complex substitutions. They were rockstars and just wanted to shout them out.
