I stopped in yesterday for lunch and I am VERY pleased with my experience. The lady that helped me (I believe her name was Teresa) was very friendly and made me feel welcome the moment I walked in the door. My food was delicious and the restaurant was very clean and neat. I will definitely be going back soon!

I used to come here all the time but recently things have been going down hill and fast it seems. I've worked at many places similar before and see all the signs of a failing management. That's not where it ends sadly. There is also a new worker who I've seen on occasion at around 1 who has been rude and dismissive to me and my family. She's rude to talk to won't respond ever when you ask questions seems not very in the moment and was notably on their phone at the register while people were waiting to be cashed out. I'm going to give them a few more shots but JM you're on thin ice. Oh and finally forgot to mention these subs prices are getting out of hand bye bye money. 💸

Kid at counter ignores you when you're there for online order. Literally turned his back on me. A good employee made him help me. Don't know name just remember lame mustache. Its not that hard to hand a person they're already made bag. Wish I hadn't tipped.

Came in on 9/14 at about 8pm. Staff was too busy cleaning to help me for several minutes despite no one in line. Gal working front finally tried taking my order verbally while still cleaning. After a few more minutes she finally started making my order but even though I told her regulars she was making giants and got upset when I corrected her. From that point in she just had an attitude and another guy jumped in to help who was nice. Needless to say, you've lost my family's business for a while after this visit. Maybe that gal won't be working there if we ever decide to come back. Just made for a bad evening after leaving your store.

Jersey Mike's is a sandwich lover's dream! If you're craving a delicious, made-to-order sandwich, this is the place in Lafayette to go! Their subs are always fresh and there is a large variety of quality toppings to choose from. Whether it's The Original Italian or Mike's Famous Philly (my personal favorites), you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu.
The real highlight though, is the amazing owners and staff. They greet you with a smile, make you feel like family (they remembered my name!), and go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience every time. This Jersey Mike's is definitely worth a visit if you love a fresh and YUMMY sandwich made by people who truly care.

The food was delicious. However, during my visit there was a manager giving a team member a very negative performance review. This seems very unprofessional to me, especially when part of their conversation was about boosting moral, having a positive attitude, and ensuring a positive experience for the customers. The entire staff mood was drastically different from my normal visits. Normally, the staff is very upbeat and seeming to have a good time, but today everyone seemed to be down.
