They don't know how to treat their employees well. You can tell from walking in that everyone there is miserable and fed up with upper management. Feel bad for all the employees.

This Jersey Mike’s location never disappoints! The sandwiches are made fresh right in front of you, and the ingredients they use are always fresh too! The staff is super friendly and efficient, and I was there during busy lunch time. Definitely my go to sub spot!

This location skimps on the meat. I ordered a giant, and the guy put only 4 slices on the entire sandwich. The giant size is $20, and it felt like a waste. Almost walked out and didn't pay for it, but I was short on time for my lunch break. Happened both times I've been here, and I won't be coming back.

I didn't personally go inside to order our food but when my sandwich was brought out to me, I immediately opened it up as I do all the time when I don't physically go inside and establishment . #9 was supposed to have bacon and it didn't. The roast beef was undercooked and slimy. Almost a watery type substance dripped off the meat onto the sandwich (as stated I inspect my food) . The sandwich was returned and a refund was issued. Was then told the roast beef was precooked. Glad to know as I won't be returning.
So this was completely my fault I forgot to check my doordash order before I placed it. And I have a celiac and it was normal bread. Whoever answered the phone for me around 5:30 was so kind enough to help out! Thank youuu
