Pizza and salad delivered late by a sketchy door dash driver, who didn’t know if we had a Jets order or Buffalo Wild Wings. Pizza was burnt and mostly inedible. Manager was “unable to issue a refund.” This location has gone downhill. Stay away.

They have new ownership and the two nice ladies who worked there are gone. The new owner was there and it quite strange. I got there and the two TVs they use for the me u were off, he said, I don't know why they go off, you look like you know tech, can you fix them? Weird. They menus do not have prices on them. How do you decide what to get? I told him I needed to know prices and he said tell me what you want and I will tell you what it costs. I said, I am not going to play a guessing game, this is crazy. There is a door alarm to let them know when people come in that is a loud siren, it is terrible. Not sure what else to say, but they destroyed a great store, I will not be going back!

Would give a negative star because I called & asked what the specials are and after her big sigh was told she couldn't tell me until I ordered something. Hung up & called a different pizza place that can tell you what there specials are so you know what to order.
Food is always excellent. Have had some items forgot on deliveries before but today took the cake. Salad, sides missing. Called the store and they were gonna check but never called back. I called again 15 mins later and was told the driver was leaving then with remainder of my order. Neither time was an apology given, not once. On a $100 order. Pass on Delivery...

I love jet's Pizza it's probably one of my favorite places I tried a new to me dish and it was good as well The only reason I rated the atmosphere at two was because there's only two tiny pub style tables to sit inside It would be great if they had a dining area. They are a little on the pricey side though for pizza.

Attempting to order via text message as the website gives incentives to do so. I keep getting back an automated response that says they can not deliver to my address even though I was requesting a pickup order. I tried it 5 or 6 times and worded it different ways but couldn't get the service to work as stated on the website so I called the store to see if they could help. Matt answered and said he didn't know what I was talking about and would have to get the manager on duty, June 22, 2024 to see what he could do.
The manager came on the phone, I explained the issue and asked for assistance. He told me that they don't deal with text orders and he can't help me. I asked if he could take my order over the phone and match the discount, he refused. I asked again if he could assist me in some way and he told me he didn't have the time right now because they were kind of busy. He said that it would take too much time and a phone call to fix my problem and he wasn’t doing that. I asked “So, that means you are refusing to help me?” That’s when he hung up on me. I guess I won't ever be going to this place for anything if that's the way a manager handles something that should be a simple customer service fix.

Came in to get a veggie light cheese and well done with Mushrooms, Green Peppers, Mild Peppers and Jalapeños witj Cajun flavor crust on the 8 Corner Crust and It was good and was crispy corners and was satisfying, the staff was Kool and they asked if I needed plates being I drive a semi truck with trailer and they provided good customer service andI drove all the way from Illinois to pass by and had to get some Jets.
I always order Jets faithfully and have never had an issue with then until today. I placed an order online for delivery at 5:30pm on 1/20/2024 to the Lafayette Public Safety Center. There are instructions that state exactly what to do and where to leave my item. At 7pm I call requesting an ETA and aa told it is heading to me now. At 7:49pm, still no food. The driver took it back to the store because there was no place to leave the food. Instructions again were completely ignored. This was a $40 order. Now I have to wait 7-10 business days to receive my refund.

I wish this place had a good place to sit. Only two small tables . The lady making the food was very nice . My husband heard from Co- workers how good the pizza is ! They are right ! We live an hour away and having a nice place to eat would be great !
