Jimmy John's in Lafayette

“I like Jimmy John’s for their quality and speed of service. However, my last couple experiences while ordering through the app left much to be desired. When contacting the corporate office customer service, I have been left out in the cold. After requesting to be contacted three times, not once has somebody reached out from the franchise or corporate offices. This is why they get a four star rather than five star review.“

“Order online. Food was great even after sitting for a little while so I could feed baby. The staff were very nice. I was having trouble finding my name on the slip and a worker started to head my way to make sure I was good and was very cheerful when he confirmed I found it.

Parking: Very easy to get in and out of. Easy to back up with lots of space as well.“
