Typically, don't review places. But the service here is absolute trash. First off, the app. It's horrible. You can't navigate, can't order can't function worth a damn walk in to the manager on duty to get a replacement. He messes up the sub as well.So I now have to return again a 3ed time and get a sub that he complains about remaking Because he messes up.

Well I got the little John, it had ham, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes, i dont recommend it if you have an appetite lol it was too small for $6 haha. I was on a budget so thats my bad, it did taste great and the service was good. Ill go back sometime in the near future!

I like Jimmy John’s for their quality and speed of service. However, my last couple experiences while ordering through the app left much to be desired. When contacting the corporate office customer service, I have been left out in the cold. After requesting to be contacted three times, not once has somebody reached out from the franchise or corporate offices. This is why they get a four star rather than five star review.

Called an order in. 7 minutes later I arrived at the store. Was told it was gonna be a 5-10 min. 7 minutes later I received my food. 15 min? Freaky slow!

South st location is the worst one in the city. They will forget at least 2 items per order 100% of the time. Don’t bother getting delivery because you have to stand there and watch them make it like they’re a 4 year old. Jimmy johns has finally fell off and there’s no saving it.
Update: even after literally speaking to the owner nothing has changed. They will never send you what you order. Multiple times i didn’t even get the actual sandwich… like it’s actually funny at this point. Do not give money to this store. They cannot even muster the brain cells it takes to read a ticket and understand that “items in order=items that go into bag”. Plus I’ve found beard hairs in my sandwich and now i can’t even order from here at all. Now the BBB gets a report that they’re violating health codes.

all of the jimmy johns in lafayette are terrible but this one is the worst. they will never make your sandiwch correctly because no one taught them how to read their own system codes. they will say theyre sorry and youll be redunded but that wont happen either. Do no eat at any of the lafayette locations unless you want something completely random you didnt order
