I like Jimmy John’s for their quality and speed of service. However, my last couple experiences while ordering through the app left much to be desired. When contacting the corporate office customer service, I have been left out in the cold. After requesting to be contacted three times, not once has somebody reached out from the franchise or corporate offices. This is why they get a four star rather than five star review.

Supposed to be open until 10pm I placed an online order at 7:45 pm and the doors are locked lights off and employee won’t tell me anything if I’m getting my food or my money

South st location is the worst one in the city. They will forget at least 2 items per order 100% of the time. Don’t bother getting delivery because you have to stand there and watch them make it like they’re a 4 year old. Jimmy johns has finally fell off and there’s no saving it.
Update: even after literally speaking to the owner nothing has changed. They will never send you what you order. Multiple times i didn’t even get the actual sandwich… like it’s actually funny at this point. Do not give money to this store. They cannot even muster the brain cells it takes to read a ticket and understand that “items in order=items that go into bag”. Plus I’ve found beard hairs in my sandwich and now i can’t even order from here at all. Now the BBB gets a report that they’re violating health codes.

all of the jimmy johns in lafayette are terrible but this one is the worst. they will never make your sandiwch correctly because no one taught them how to read their own system codes. they will say theyre sorry and youll be redunded but that wont happen either. Do no eat at any of the lafayette locations unless you want something completely random you didnt order

I just came to purchase 30 $20 gift cards for my company at 5 P.M. and was rudely greeted by an employee in the parking lot that they’re closed unless I have a pick up order. The treatment was incredibly rude.

I ordered on line, and set time for pickup. I purposely went out of my way to go to this store because the one on Creasy Lane is always slow, sandwich is never ready, even though there are loads of workers wondering around in the store. Order is never correct. Well, I should have opened the sandwich and looked at it ----AGAIN!!! before I left the store. Most of the bread was empty. Really? You can't seem to get your own sandwich's made right!! So disappointed with this line. I think someone needs to go back to training! Does this look like a $7 sandwich?
