Your driver, in a red minivan, pulled a u-turn just may my driveway... in rush hour traffic... to get me a freakin sandwich... it was an extremely illegal and dangerous traffic move, and when I called him out on it he blew me off.... didn’t even want me to sign for the delivery. I ride a motorcycle most of the time, and if a car did that crap in front of me, I might end up a window sticker... the fact that he didn’t care, and went on his way.... you don’t need people...read full review
This is my favorite Jimmy Johns! They always make my sandwiches very quick and correctly. The employees are very nice and always customize my sandwich how I want it.The managers also go above and beyond their job expectations. I ordered several sandwiches and meals. They had forgotten one bag of chips and made sure to take care of the situation and deliver them to me outside of their delivery area. I will always return to this store.

However, the cleanliness could be improved, as the floor was dirty. The staff, including Dylan, Isaac, and Landon, were friendly and helpful when ordering. Just be cautious with specific ingredient requests, as there might be a mix-up. Recently, some customers have experienced a less friendly attitude from staff, with reports of being talked down to or treated poorly, especially at the Creasy location. Service has also declined, with bread sometimes being hard and long delivery times, even for nearby orders. Despite these issues, online ordering remains convenient, and the food has still been good, even after sitting for a little while. Parking is easy to access, with lots of space to back up.
