What happened to this place? Every other time I come I'm talked down to as if I'm stupid for asking a question or making a slight alteration to my order. I don't get treated like at the South Street location of the one on Sagamore in West Lafayette. Only at Creasy. The food is always fine but there's an attitude here that needs to be adjusted by corporate.

Over the past few months service has deteriorated to the bread being hard. Taking approx 30 minutes to deliver 1 mile just doesn’t seem right as one would assume I’d be on of the first to be delivered. And when you call your not treated with anything other well it will get there

Stopped in and ordered lunch to go. Waited 15 min in the drive through while 4 people sat in the drive through window talking, playing on their phones and eating with their gloves on over the food prep stations. Then used the same gloves that were in their mouths and on their phones to prepare my food.
Response to owner: After the poor visit I tried to contact corporate but got a voicemail. I tried to use your bitly link but it's broken.

The sandwich it self was great!! But the chips I got were rancid.... when I called them all the guy said was "oh, Okay" I asked to speak to a Manager he said " I am the manager" I said " No you are not, because if you were you would have said more than Okay! You would have offered me a refund for the chips or something " reason I gave 2 Stars 🌟 I'm feeling generous

Fountain pop tastes horrible here. They are soooooooo slow in the drive-thru. Placed an order way in advance and sat in the line (3 cars) for close to 20mins.

U can’t even order from this place delivery it has ringed into the other store for the last 4 days and they don’t have the knowledge how to switch the number back to this store -I’m take my 500 a year and never go to jimmy John’s again-the other place messed up my order when i visited in person and got home was wrong-I would think after closing for a remodel they would be on point -it’s just got worse -never again jj -maybe in anither county but not lafayette

Ordered through doordash.waited an hour and a half. Never received my order. At least doordash gave me my money back. I refuse to order from Jimmy Johns ever again. It's sad cause I really love there subs.

Ordered delivery for the first time ever from here and I never received the order called the store saying the driver is out with it 45 mins later standing outside still nothing not even a call from the delivery driver
Order online. Food was great even after sitting for a little while so I could feed baby. The staff were very nice. I was having trouble finding my name on the slip and a worker started to head my way to make sure I was good and was very cheerful when he confirmed I found it.
Parking: Very easy to get in and out of. Easy to back up with lots of space as well.

So Wimpy you'll weep! By far the worst JJ's in the area. SR26 is a close 2nd. Don't wast your time with small portions and staff that can't even properly use a knife. The sandwich, with bread out, was still 90% bread with 3 pieces of meat. Not worth $10 ever.

Unbelievable I got this thing called the sandwich 1 in wide and as long as my middle finger to my thumb I've had trouble in the past year not getting actually what you order but this is absolutely ridiculous for the price that we had to pay it is toddler size and not toddler price I've said it before I will not order from them again but I absolutely mean it this time I will not order from them ever again
