I ordered nashville hot chicken sandwich. They brushed down in nashville hot sauce, right on the top.The rest was a normal chicken sandwich. Look, I understand you might hate your job.But at least you should do it, right.

went for lunch today the guy at the window hands me my drink and says “here’s your dr pepper ,at least o hope it’s Dr pepper” it was not Dr pepper i ordered a nashville hot famous bowl every single time i come here it is always wrong never has nashville hot sauce on it kind of confused how you can mess up every single time i chose to come here

Food- dry and old tasting Service- argumentative, angry looking and down right rude evening staff, uncaring. Atmosphere- dirty dinning room, full trash cans They need to revamp their staff and clean house with people who actually give a damn.

Very disappointed most of our order was missed and what we did get was definitely below standards like we ordered an all dark bucket and what we got was a standard bucket with old chicken mac and cheese that was in same bowl as the mashed potatoes that they just tryed to cover it up by adding more mash and we got no gravy

Guess my fault for going there within 30 minutes of closing time. Would have returned it but by the time I got back to the hotel, they were already closed. Awful, maybe got 2 pieces worth eating.

I don’t believe I have ever left a google review but this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. The lady working on the evening of Dec. 1 2025 had 0 respect and acted as if we had done something wrong. She wouldn’t speak to us besides saying one or two words at a time in a demanding tone. I have always been a fan of KFC but I can say with all honesty that we will never be returning to the location on SR 26 in Lafayette again. Very disappointing. People like this have no business being in a service industry.
The service in this location was so bad today. It is super clear that they are unhappy working for KFC. Definitely they need patience and a good attitude.

KFC has delicious food. I picked up two large coleslaw sides and a large mac & cheese side. Each large side was $4.99. I get home and all of the bowls are filled halfway. Definitely not five dollars worth of Sides. I am super disappointed and I spent almost $20 for 3 sides and a drink.

I stopped coming to KFC because they could never get the order right, I figured i would try again since i got a free 8pc chicken tender and again they forgot the sauces not a big deal i know but the principal is still there on top of that i ordered a 6$ large fry and got half a container of fries. This is the reason i stopped originally seems i made the mistake of expecting change.
