Food was average, restaurant cleanliness decent, women's bathrooms were not clean and had no toilet paper. Ziltch, zero, nada I told them immediately after my order and 20 minutes later when I left the toilet paper hadn't been refill. The team working clearly had no interest in giving good customer service to their female customers. Since uhh they don't care to give them toilet paper.

Charge me for my meal the tell me if by the way we don't have any of what you ordered so I change it and it's wrong whatever she in to if it i think they put about a tablespoon of Pepsi in the cup then filled it with water. Whoever runs this dump needs replaced how do you run out of chicken...

A bus of kids came in only bad thing. So wasn’t a totally bad thing??‼️ Food was GREAT. Service was GREAT. Tiwan was A FANTASTIC CASHIER AND very curtious and fast getting my meal ready. Thank you Twain for the great experience

Using app, I ordered two Taste of KFC 2-pc. Deals, each to be served with two pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes and biscuit. Received two family sized bowls of coleslaw instead. NO chicken, NO potatoes, NO biscuits.? I expect a satisfactory resolution when I go back tomorrow.

Both times I tried to order a dark meat box I've been given white meat. Twice in 2 weeks, they apparently just give you whatever they want to. Why can't I just get what I order? Do they just substitute at their discretion without informing the customer? I give up on ordering certain prices of chicken here they'll apparently just give me whatever random pieces they have there at the time.
Did NOT get what I ordered. Was the 1st in line at the drive up at 4:35 today 9/12. I ordered the 8pc bucket, and requested NO WINGS, pls. give us drumsticks instead, Osvaldo said OK no problem. When I get home we were given: 4 wings, NO thighs, 2 drums, 2 breasts. Clearly they didn't even CHECK MY ORDER before giving it to me. Clearly, if they couldn't give me more drumsticks THEY NEEDED TO TELL ME THAT. WHY DID THEY SHORT ME 2 THIGHS? THEY OWE ME $$ FOR THE LACK OF MEAT I PAID FOR IN THAT BUCKET. I ARRIVE 1ST AT THIS EARLY DINNER HOUR, and STILL THEY SCREW UP. PLACE IS STAFFED WITH LACKADAISICAL KIDS...
