I don’t believe I have ever left a google review but this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. The lady working on the evening of Dec. 1 2025 had 0 respect and acted as if we had done something wrong. She wouldn’t speak to us besides saying one or two words at a time in a demanding tone. I have always been a fan of KFC but I can say with all honesty that we will never be returning to the location on SR 26 in Lafayette again. Very disappointing. People like this have no business being in a service industry.

KFC has delicious food. I picked up two large coleslaw sides and a large mac & cheese side. Each large side was $4.99. I get home and all of the bowls are filled halfway. Definitely not five dollars worth of Sides. I am super disappointed and I spent almost $20 for 3 sides and a drink.

I stopped coming to KFC because they could never get the order right, I figured i would try again since i got a free 8pc chicken tender and again they forgot the sauces not a big deal i know but the principal is still there on top of that i ordered a 6$ large fry and got half a container of fries. This is the reason i stopped originally seems i made the mistake of expecting change.

If I could give zero stars, I WOULD. Where do I even begin? First, they forgot an entire order of biscuits, and then we got chicken. We purposely ordered white meat, and then AFTER it was handed to us, we were told they didn’t have any white meat, which is what we literally paid for. It was a 7-piece bucket; there were only 6 pieces. In it, and when I realized a pie popper was missing, we told them, and the worker literally took a pie popper out of another person’s noble order and said that they only had one popper and it would take 10 minutes to get another one. Overall, it was a poor experience. We went here for a good meal; what we got was disappointment. Do not recommend it if you’re hoping your order will be perfect.

Waited 20 minutes in front of the register to order and wasn't even told or asked anything. Even worse manager was there and didn't even approach me. I get it if your short staffed or very busy but at least communicate with your costumers. Very unprofessional to ignore them.
