Dude literally the weirdest place I've been when my friend and I got there their kitchen was closed or something and then suddenly opened and then we kept getting side eyes from certain staff. I couldn't even order what I wanted when mind you no one else had ordered like dude your a bar in the city. How do you not have a kitchen available and why didn't you have a sign put up. And when we finally got to order we waited so long we were about to leave and suddenly the food arrived almost 25 minutes after my friend order chicken tenders and fries!!!!! . I wanted to like this place but they need a attitude adjustment cause they just put my night into a bad start on SATURDAY.

Food was mid, when we went waitress told us the kitchen was closed, she double checked and said they were open. We ordered and it took almost an hour for our food to arrive. Atmosphere was okay, but not the greatest, felt kind of stuffy.

Only latino in the place and I tried to sing and I feel like I got set aside lady looked at me and acted like I’m a bother meanwhile she wrote others songs down saying “I can’t sure u about singing “ if she only knew what I can do .!!!! I felt so racial profiled !!!!

The Knockerbocker Saloon is a great place to spend an evening or end the night. The drinks are decent, and the ambiance is great. The staff was pretty busy, but everything still ran smoothly. My old fashioned tasted great, as did the pour of an extra special bourbon I splurged on. I’d love to visit with some friends in the future.

They tell me this is the oldest bar in Indiana. Cool place with great drinks and reasonable prices. Chelsea was a great bartender when I stopped in. Bonus points for carrying Rhinegeist Brewery my favorite craft brewery.
