The Knockerbocker Saloon is a great place to spend an evening or end the night. The drinks are decent, and the ambiance is great. The staff was pretty busy, but everything still ran smoothly. My old fashioned tasted great, as did the pour of an extra special bourbon I splurged on. I’d love to visit with some friends in the future.
This pub has been around a while. I miss the live trains in the street from my Purdue days, That era ended in the mid 90's, but great to see the Knickerbocker still kick'n it.
They tell me this is the oldest bar in Indiana. Cool place with great drinks and reasonable prices. Chelsea was a great bartender when I stopped in. Bonus points for carrying Rhinegeist Brewery my favorite craft brewery.
