La Fiesta Burrito

Food is always phenomenal. But service not so much. Was told I’m taking TOO MANY NAPKINS as I placed an order over $30. Well excuse me! Sad to lose a customer over $2 worth of napkins !

We arrived at La Fiesta Burrito about ten minutes before opening, hoping to have breakfast. Since we were early, we decided to wait patiently outside, no problem! The waitress saw us waiting, which was fine because we knew we were a bit early.

However, a few minutes before opening, she came to the door, and instead of opening it, she actually locked it further, which felt unnecessarily rude! When 11 AM finally came, she still didn’t open the door and just gave us an annoyed look when I knocked once.

I understand this is a small town but at least acknowledge your customers or invite them to wait inside instead of leaving them out in the sun. I’ll never try to give this place my business again. Senor Taco will ALWAYS be my go to spot for Mexican food in Lafayette moving forward!

Fantastic food. Nice staff. Great specials :) Our go to spot on Wednesdays.

Absolutely loved this place! The environment was warm and welcoming, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was beyond delicious. Definitely a 10/10 experience! I’ll be back!

Never got to try it went in for there 99 cent tacos after I order got ready to pay she told me 35 minutes they definitely need to step that up I mean come on it was just tacos

Went Wednesday for the Quesabirria special and it was a great deal! Of course with high demand wait times are to be expected but it honestly wasn’t bad. Our server had a lot to manage at once but she was great! Definitely would come again especially since the first trial week has passed! :)

Ordered online for their Wednesday special that had advertised all over their Facebook and in local Facebook groups, and arrived to pick it up at the time the website told me. They said the order would be another 25 minutes, so I waited and it still was not done. By that time I decided to get a refund and had to wait in the extremely long line for an additional 30 minutes. Overall was 1.5 hours from the time the order was placed to never getting food and requesting a refund.

It seems like they were extremely understaffed for this special and no one seemed to be a manager or an owner in the building, leaving their team to burn in a dumpster fire of a business day all alone. For the respect of these overworked individuals I will not be patronizing this establishment going forward.

$1 tacos are a great deal + a great idea but they are NOT staffed well enough for this. We waited an hour and a half after placing our order before finally asking for a refund because our order was nowhere to be found. We ordered online, and it seemed like people who came to eat in and came in well after we placed our order got their food perfectly fine. Incredibly frustrating and it seems like I’m not alone in this issue. Please if you’re going to advertise a great deal make sure you’re ready for the community to come out and support you!

Waited 2 and a half hours for tacos and was told to come back and still was told another 15 minutes. Ended up getting a refund after all that time and leaving.

Terrible. We ordered first and two other people got their food before us and all we ordered was 9 tacos with rice nothing special or extra. So many other people sitting, waiting not even being brought menus or drinks, and also being turned away. First and only time. It was awful.

Our first time here. It was very hot inside, but we came on a hot day! To start, the large horchata and sweet tea, both were simply amazing! We came specifically for asada fries, and they did not disappoint! They were a large portion and tasted superb. We have been searching high and low for good asada fries in the area, up north in Indiana in general it's harder to find. We also ordered two burritos for the special price and you can tell all their food is made fresh to order. Simply delectable food and we are very happy with our experience. The server Angi was so kind and considerate, and you will love their Flan! Thank you again for the great experience.

I think that most of their food was good, their street corn is on point, but their birria was lacking flavor and was bland. The consommé was sadly just as bland. I would go back and try them again, but maybe not their birria
