If you are hungry please don’t come here. You need at least one hour to get your food

The food here is really uninspiring. Nothing was necessarily bad, but nothing stood out. Overall bland flavors and a very dated atmosphere.

A great place to grab a bite to eat or a drink in the area! They have events that are going on fairly often so if you need an event venue they also will have that. Plenty of seating inside for 100 to 200. It is located downtown so parking can be a little challenging. Definitely worth checking out!

I went here for lunch expecting to have a great experience however it was the opposite. I ordered a cup of their soup to start. I had to ask the waitress to bring it to me 20 min after ordering it. I ordered their BLT. Nearly an hour goes by and we get out food. My fries were cold and the bread was hard from ( the only explanation I could think of) sitting under the warming light. The other 3 people with me also did not enjoy their food. I'm disappointed because we chose this place from reading other reviews. In case you're wondering, no this place was not busy while we were there. Maybe they were just having an off day.

They have a decent selection of food. Scotch eggs are the best here. Hamburgers are also good.

LBC is a Lafayette institution! Greg has made fantastic brew for almost 30 years! Food is always spot on too. We're lucky to have such a place! Cheers!

It’s a staple that’s been around the Lafayette area for a long time. Great place for a drink but can be hit or miss for the food.I’ve been and had the steak quesadilla and it was healthy chunks of steak and I’ve been other times and the food is lukewarm and so-so.The service is also very very hit or miss. We went recently and there was an hour wait. Then when we finally got our table they seated 7 of us around a round table designed for 4-5 people max. Then after 45 min of waiting for a server, we got told they were shutting down the kitchen and could only place a to-go order. Well we shouldn’t have waited 45 min. But they did discount the order and that was really appreciated. But there are other times we’ve gone and the service is amazing! If they could be more consistent, that would be great!

Negative stars. Lady at the front desk seemed to hate people and hate her life. If that's the case please just quit. No need to be so angry. Waiter was kind, but very slow and just missed stuff like refilling (or getting) waters, taking the menus, etc. The food took 1hr 45mins to come, that's unnacceptable it wasn't even that busy and the food is just stuff you put in the fryer. I don't mind supporting local, but this an example where being legacy and local you can just get away with poor service.Stay away!

It was my first time upstairs, and I enjoyed the food and friendly staff. I appreciated the pool and bags, adding to the overall positive experience.Vegetarian options: I like the portabello tacos but I don't remember the name.
