Ordered online but the place was swamped with customers. They couldn't keep up and I got my food long after the projected pick up time. Pleasant people though.

The service and food was great! The pizza came out quick and hot. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. There is the young Hispanic man in the front who was extremely nice, I didn’t quick catch his name something with a R but he was great and so was everyone else!

ZERO STARS OUT OF FIVE.

I had a terrible experience at Little Caesars.
The pizza was an absolute disaster. The crust was the first red flag—it was both hard and chewy at the same time, which is a very odd combination. It felt like biting into a piece of cardboard that had been left out for too long. It didn’t have that nice, crispy exterior or the fluffy interior that you’d expect from a good pizza crust.

The cheese was another major letdown. Instead of being gooey and stringy, it was rubbery and tough. It didn’t melt properly and seemed to just sit on top of the pizza in a congealed, unappetizing layer. It had a strange, almost plastic-like texture that made it unpleasant to chew.

The toppings were sparse and poorly distributed. There were patches of the pizza that had no toppings at all, while other parts were overloaded. The pepperoni, which is usually a highlight, was greasy and tasted off. It had a weird, almost metallic aftertaste that was really off-putting. The vegetables, where present, were limp and flavorless, as if they had been sitting out for far too long.

The sauce was another issue. It was overly sweet and had a weird, artificial taste to it. It didn’t have the rich, savory flavor that you’d expect from a good tomato sauce. Instead, it tasted like it came straight out of a can, with no effort put into seasoning or flavoring it properly.

Overall, the pizza was a complete mess. It was dry in some parts and soggy in others, making it almost inedible. Each bite was a struggle, and I couldn’t even finish a single slice. It was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.

The service was horrible. The staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional. They were slow to take orders and even slower to prepare the food. When I finally received my order, it was lukewarm at best. The employees were not friendly or helpful, and they acted as if they couldn't care less about the customers.

When I walked into Little Caesars, the first thing that hit me was this overwhelming, unpleasant smell. It was a potent combination of stale grease and old cheese, with a sour undertone that made it almost nauseating. The smell was so strong that it permeated the entire dining area, making it difficult to enjoy any part of the meal.

This odor made me question the cleanliness of the restaurant. It felt like the place hadn't been properly cleaned in a while, and the poor ventilation only made things worse. The smell stuck to my clothes and lingered long after I left, which was really off-putting.

In a restaurant, you expect a pleasant aroma that makes you excited to eat, but this was the complete opposite. It was so bad that it overshadowed any potential enjoyment of the food, which was already subpar. This kind of environment not only affects the dining experience but also raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety.

After eating the pizza, I felt extremely sick and I think it gave me lupus. Lupus is a chronic autoimmune disease where the body's immune system mistakenly attacks healthy tissue, causing widespread inflammation and damage. This can affect various parts of the body including the joints, skin, kidneys, heart, lungs, blood cells, and brain. Symptoms can vary but often include severe fatigue, joint pain and swelling, headaches, a butterfly-shaped rash across the cheeks and nose, hair loss, anemia, and more. It's a debilitating condition that requires ongoing medical treatment and can significantly impact a person's quality of life. Managing lupus often involves a combination of medications, lifestyle changes, and regular monitoring by healthcare professionals.

I won't be coming back, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place.

I usually order 2 thin crust pizzas by phone, and the order is usually ready within minutes of my arrival.

Staff was not observant and felt like I was inconveniencing them to take my carry out order. When it was finally ready, the worker put it on the counter and walked away. I asked for a bag, and the worker pointed them out for me to bag my own order up. Very unfriendly and not very customer oriented store

I got there with 45 minutes to the closing and when I ordered they stated that they couldn't make most of my order because of them closing soon which I've never heard of happening anywhere in life especially considering it was like 9:00 at night like that was ridiculous The manager even got an attitude with me instead of addressing the situation she stared rudely at me while I talked to the employee about it and then piped in at the end with a little attitude about it I've never in my life heard of anything like that I've worked in pizza for years. And I was very disappointed because I went there specifically for set entree and couldn't get it haven't been back probably won't especially that store. They blamed it on corporate and if it is a corporate rule it's stupid.
