This place is a hidden gem. The building has always had great food come out of it in the past. That facts still hold true. Martha Bar embraces the dive bar atmosphere without all the hype. Homemade tortillas are a must here. I've been fortunate enough to try several items on the menu and every time I order I'm left absolutely pleased. Daily specials on the menu as well. Everytime my friends and I go we have a great meal and a great time. I HIGHLY recommend going for tacos on Tuesday and getting a margarita. And also go to tenderloin Thursday- they have the good ones that are bigger than your face.
Probably the best breaded tenderloin sandwich in Lafayette. Large, fresh, juicy tenderloin, not dry or over cooked. Cold beer and real silverware, not the plastic forks found at other bars. Our bartender was awesome. We’ll be back to try other meals soon and definitely the tenderloin sandwich again.
