DON’T COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT ANTS IN YOUR FOOD AND DRINKS I went to long John silvers today and when I stepped in the very loud buzzer that is mean’t to alert the workers that someone came in beeped in my ear, the control is on the wall and would allow anyone to access the cameras or lockdown the entire building. Then I order my food and while the worker was kind she told me three times to wait to order when I was obviously not going to start my order, so after waiting quite a bit for my food which was good except for the tarter sauce was very runny. Once I’m done eating I go back to refill my lemonade and there is ants in my drink, actual dead ants. So I go up to the worker and she is very nonchalant maybe apologizes once and just poured the drink out and gives me another, she is very aware and says this happens every year. So I don’t get any free food or compensation for the disgusting lemonade and I am left very unsettled.

Haven't returned in a long time due to hearing that a manager was treating staff very poorly. Hoping this has changed, I decided to return. My interaction with staff was wonderful as were other interactions I saw. My order was rung up incorrectly, which wasn't a huge deal to me. It happens and the food was really great anyway. Also, I believe it had to do with the level of understaffing as the cashier was taking my order and a drive-thru order at the same time. When I went to get our drinks, ants came out with the cherry Pepsi. I poured it out, rinsed out the cup, and tried again. More ants. And most of them were dead. I've worked in lost of restaurants. It's not hard to clean that type of soda machine. I've Usually, mold grows before the ants come which tells me that this machine is even grosser on the inside. This small thing completely ruined my appetite and makes me wonder what the cleanliness is behind the scenes. This location absolutely needs more staff, which is mostly up to the owners I am assuming. I want to love this place so much. It was a favorite of mine for a long time and I would love for it to be a favorite again. The menu is great and has had great improvements, but now the building needs TLC.

A 10-20 minute wait on food but well worth it. Malt vinegar on table. The platters are very good: grilled salmon and shrimp, fish and shrimp, and fish, chicken and shrimp. Very good service. Friendly staff. Excellent food.

Asked for the 15 piece grilled shrimp. Was told there is no such thing. I could have fried shrimp for that price. I referenced the sign. Was still told they don't have that here. I asked for macaroni and cheese, they don't have that either. So I got my aunt her order and I will find my dinner elsewhere.

When we were last there the service was terrible. They didn't allow my brother to pick the order up because he wasn't 18. They were also rude to me and my mother and brother. We don't plan on coming back

People working the store were great. They forgot my 2 extra pieces of fish . Called store back and tyhe lady that packed my food said she had put them in the bag. She had 3 boxes and she is not the one that put the food in the boxes and lids were closed already when she picked them up. Acted like I was trying to pull a fast one Anthem for 2 pieces of frigging fish.

Hadn't been in years. Decided to give it a chance this week. Older nice lady working the counter, very friendly and promoted the companies deals or specials. Ordered the basic fried fish with fries and hushpuppies. Fish was hot and crispy, a bit greasy. Hush puppies and fries were pretty standard. Not terrible by any means but not the greatest thing ever. Ill come back in another 6 months or so

I just wanted some Chicken. It was delicious . Crispy crunchy and delicious. 3 piece chicken meal with rice and green beans. Plus 1 extra chicken. It really hit the spot.
My 3 piece chicken was not really 3 pieces... More like 1 small piece and 2 hallves. I was starving. Sucks to get all the way home and find crunchy hard waffle fries and small chicken.

11/14/25 Staff and GM did a spectacular job overcoming being short staffed. There seems to be a scheduling issue. They were very apologetic but stressed out. All 3 workers went above and beyond to keep customers happy. I wanted to take the time to recognize them as outstanding employees.

Was told there will be a 35 minute wait before I order and only 3 people in store. Employees behind the counter were all trying to find what orders they were suppose to fill. This place needs some help. They need a supervisor. We had to just leave and go somewhere else.
