Been coming here for over 5 years and the last year service and food has degraded. Tonight was the worst service and food to date and will most likely not be returning in the future. For starters took 10 minutes before the waiter came over to take our orders. Drinks and bread and salad all came out quickly at the same time. Did not see waiter again until our food arrived and sat with empty drinks. Waiter then brought food and my wife another drink. I was never offered another drink and forced to eat my dinner with no drink. My steak was ordered medium but came out well done and tough. I could not eat the steak. The waiter showed up after about 20 minutes later and seen my steak was untouched and asked if I wanted a box. I said no it was over cooked and I that after this long of a wait I wasn’t interested in waiting another 20 minutes for him to bring me another. Then proceed to ask if we wanted dessert. When declined dessert he brought the check and was forced to pay for in eatable steak.

This LongHorn Steakhouse location was very nice and the staff was great, it was real busy on this evening when I arrived so I expected to wait but it definitely was not too bad, I ordered the sirloin steak with lamb chops and it was definitely good, overall experience was great with no complaints at all.

Its a franchise so food is about the same at every location. The issue lies in the hostess, "Servers wont be here until 530" she says as we walk in a 500pm. Funny, I never ran into this before. 3 stars for lack of tact.

My boyfriend and I are frequent customers. This evening we were taken care of by Courtney, and she provided us amazing customer service. She was friendly, she was on top of our beverages, asked how our food was, etc. The reason i am giving 4 stars and not 5 is not because of Courtney, but because of Leza B. We came into Longhorn to grab a quick bite to eat on 12/14, ten days ago. Leza gave us some of the *worst* customer service we have ever received from Longhorn. I would easily give Leza 0/5 stars. I work in customer service, and I fully understand that everyone has bad days; this was not the case with her. We didn't order much, and she made an entirely rude and inappropriate comment about it. She blatantly neglected our table, and didn't speak to us after we placed our order. We observed her providing better service to the tables across from us - the tables that ordered more food and drinks. She NEVER checked on us, and this isnt an exaggeration, despite the fact that she gave my boyfriend the wrong beverage and we ordered very little food. We had to flag another waitress down to get this remedied, after waiting over half an hour, because Leza never checked on us. I do not wish for Leza to lose her job, but I do hope management addresses this with her, as she clearly needs to improve her skills. I want to reiterate that Courtney totally knocked it out of the park; she is a great example of what great customer service is. Thanks again Courtney. Please do better Leza.

Absolutely amazing. Me and my wife went here for an anniversary dinner. We loved it. She had the longhorn and I got the ribeye. Both were very flavorful and cooked to perfection. We also decided to try the stuffed mushrooms for our appetizer. They were delicious as well. The staff was very attentive. Any time our drinks were gone, our waitress was right there. Great experience for our first steak house.

We go here alot cause we love the food,and usually have no issues, tonight we went and early in the day I called about seating, on the phone I got told I could call ahead for 6 adults and 4 kids with one high chair, so we got there a little early so we just went inside and put our,name down, they it would be 20-25 , minutes, ok that's fine , then they come up to me within 5 minutes and says they are getting our table ready and that they can only hold our table for 10 minutes and that i needed to hurry my party up, are you kidding me, and the host was kind of rude
