Don’t order curbside. The server never brought out the food because it was raining. I had to go inside and get it, wait another 10 minutes. The food was cold and disgusting. Once they get their tip on the mobile app, they don’t care what happens. I would not recommend this place at all. Lazy employees.

I used the pickup feature of the online ordering service. Everything went smoothly and the food was prepared as requested. As expected, it tasted phenominal as well. The service was spectacular and everyone was polite and professional. The atmosphere was awesome, and I wished I were staying. All the customers looked like they were enjoying themselves.

Love Longhorn Steakhouse, they got some really good food. Service is great. I didn't have any problems putting my order in. The atmosphere is great but can get crowded, so make those reservations.

Told the seating person for a table of 3, yet the rest of my party was on their way. It is not busy at all. Half the restaurant is empty and they refused to seat me till the rest of my part is here. I find this rude and unnecessary.

There were some problems, but they made it right. I ordered a filet (medium rare) and lobster tail with a Caesar salad. My kids both got sirloin steaks. The salad was late to arrive with our food just a couple minutes behind. The lobster was perfect (but a little tepid by the time it got to me) as were the kids' sirloins. The filet, however, was overcooked and flavorless; the medium rare filet had very little pink and no hint of red. I had to put in a bit of muscle just to cut it--it was chewy. After a couple of bites, I informed the server that it was not up to their standards. He insisted that it was cooked fine but offered to get a manager if I wanted him to. I did. The manager took one look, apologized, and agreed that it was overcooked; he offered to have the kitchen make a new one. It was PERFECT! My kids asked to sample the first filet and spat it out saying that their sirloins had more flavor and tasted better. THANKS FOR MAKING IT RIGHT.
