employees looked very uneducated on what to do. pasta sizes was small enough to feed a toddler for a snack not near enough to feed a small child. bowl gone in 3 bites. would not go back. would not recommend
The pizza is really good here however it is slightly on the pricey side. I usually get the premium slice combo which is one pizza slice with two bread sticks and a drink for 11.50$. The pizza slice you get is large enough to make up for the price though. It's the size of a whole paper plate.

The food is ok but they go way overboard with the amount of sausage relative to the other ingredients.

I’ve been visiting this pizza place for close to 22 years now. It’s had its ups and downs over time as expected, but I always have forgiven the lapses in quality based on decent service. Tonight changed that sentiment. I ordered online through the official website. I ordered two pizzas: one large extra cheese and one stuffed meat pizza with extra toppings. The price was a bit higher than I wanted but that was okay since we were going to get a stuffed pizza. I even added in a $10 tip for a carry out order. My wife picked them up and drove them home. We were all set for dinner and opened the boxes to find a non-stuffed pizza with the toppings we had requested. I called and asked if they knew that this had happened. They said they don’t make stuffed pizzas there and didn’t seem to care. Okay. Call me a liar after my kindness after 22 years of pizza purchases and we are done. If I could upload a screenshot of the order that proves this order was real, I would do so. The employee was wrong and out of place.
Slightly pricey but a great value. Friendly service and amazing food. I eat there on a weekly basis
Always great food!
My mom and I were out on a Sunday and decided to give Luca's at the mall a try. My first complaint is in regards to their deceptive pricing. The most obvious sign on their outdated pricing board (which was very hard to read) advertises a one-topping pizza for 7.99. We ordered said pizza and two soft drinks, for a total of over 22 dollars. We didn't catch it until we had sat down; the huge ad for the 7.99 pizza is for mall employees only. The pizza we ordered was actually something like 15.99. We both enjoyed the pizza, although my mom thought it tasted doughy and under-cooked but the cheese was melted perfect. I agree the pizza was a bit doughy but that's how I like my pizza. My second complaint is that they charge .54 cents for a refill of fountain soda! I'm sorry, but that is rediculous. We all know that a cup of fountain soda costs pennies, this is why most everywhere includes free refills. I nearly succumbed to an apoplectic fit when I tried unsuccessfully to refill my beverage at the pleasure of the establishment. Customer service was just fine, no complaint there. They brought the pizza out to our table, which was nice. I wondered (in my heart) whether or not they were going to charge for that too. We will go to Luca's again, just with more money to spend. I would advise the owner to update the menu board, and for goodness sakes offer free refills and join us in the 21st century. Also, I'd like to point out that the atmosphere of the place was very nice.

Always a pleasure..
Thin crust is my favorite and you can choose the pizza that goes with your budget!!!
Food was good, has the be one of the worst placed menu items I've seen. I was pointed to 3 different menus on EACH wall. WHY HAVE employee special in the menu??? Why can't you just tell the employees what the special is in person? Why a big sign?? Makes no sense. Who's idea was it to put it there like it's a option for regular customers? One thing I suggest since the tables are never cleaned. Spend money (invest) in paper towels or wipes on the tables so when people sit they can clean them bc the employees won't.
Good pizza. Workers could be more friendly but nice little place
What great staff! Great variety of options. I wish I could tip by signing the receipt.
