The food is always good and prepared correctly every time. I wish I could get my own tea refill like at the one on the West side as there is typically a wait at the counter. The people working here are always friendly and helpful.

My "toasted" cheese sandwich with tomato came without tomato, and it wasn't toasted. It was freaking microwaved. Hard as a rock edges, the cheese was nasty and the "edible" center of the bread was rubbery....because...it...was...microwaved. Microwaved. I would not pay $32+ at any restaurant, for a microwaved sandwich. Or a microwaved ANYTHING. In all seriousness, this is a "deli", a sandwich shop - if making sandwiches isn't in your wheelhouse, then find another niche.
The bathroom was also filthy, the toilet is clearly leaking water all over the floor. Instead of letting that go - possibly take care of it. OH, and learn to make sandwiches since that's what you're peddling.

Believe it or not first time I ever ate at McAllister‘s. I was quite surprised it is excellent. I had a veggie sandwich with a berry salad. Choose 2…, highly recommend this place!
Vegetarian options: They have a really good veggie sandwich that you can choose to have on different breads. Very tasty.
I haven't tried anything I didn't like . The cashiers are always very friendly and the food is always served in a pleasing way.. the music might be a little lower volume but everyone always seems like they're enjoying themselves so what the heck
Dietary restrictions: I didn't check any of the above food because that's not used to what we eat... So I cannot recommend something that I didn't try.. regarding dietary restrictions when I get the garden turkey sandwich I was a vegetarian for years and was able to eat here with no problem

Manager Eric just went ballistic, so mad his hands trembling. Said peach flavor not in small tea which charged .75 cents for. He shook said did not mix. Said did not want. He delivered food to table stuck food tray inches from my head. Told him did not want food. That when he went ballistic, Said you are not talking to my employees like that. I did not say a word to them, just threw tea in trash He insisted on sending to table. He needs FIRED!
