I even ordered extra meat bc I work for my money and thought I’d treat my big self. Waste of my money. Lafayette businesses are going downhill because nobody has wanted to work since Covid.

I try to never come to this one. The one on the west side is 100xs better and cheaper. I get the same thing every morning that I stop a steak egg and cheese bagel with extra sauce. But everytime I come to this wont I never get the extra sauce. The food is cold and it's $7.05 not $6.09. Always have to listen to crap music while I'm trying to order and the people are beyond rude everytime..mcdonald's needs to fire all these people and just start over. Lazy and unprofessional to the extreme

Every single time I come here after work, there's never anyone taking the drive thru order. Once it takes fifteen minutes. Theu messed up my order and got rude when I asked to have it fixed and offered to pull forward and wait. No one cone here past 3 PM becuase NO ONE will take your order and if they do it's messed up. We've tried several times. The staff sit on their phones and don't do anything.

Came through around 2AM craving a Bacon Quarter Pounder and sweet tea after work. Drive thru was fast, service was great, and the fries were hot and fresh!

Spent my money on a Uber to get something to eat from leaving the club & was so disappointed 😞 when I arrived home 2 minutes away from McDonald's. And to get home & my burger was hard & dry to the point I couldn't even imagine eating it. I had trash the whole bag. Only thing was good was the damn sprite. I really wanted a chicken sandwich but hell they didn't even have that. Smh 🙄 but I've never had a problem here until now. But never again I'll just be tipsy & cook my own food.. it's sad that people pay money to get dry food that should be cooked like it's supposed to be. Bread was hard. But it's cool just won't waste my hard earned money on something that my 2 year old cooked & burned or left out for 3 days or so 🤔. Then had a nerve to charge 25 cent for Hot Mustard that didn't even help soften the damn burger 🍔. Call the manager & told them & I hung the phone up on her cause how the hell you sitting around as a manager & letting food be served this way. That is why you're open 24 hours to be freshly cooked or precooked.. I use to work at a McDonald's & Burger King & would never let my employees serve anything or any nature. Service was great & the spirit damn. Wish I could put a 0 on food. This happened between 12:50-1:00am I'll check the receipt to make sure.

I came in today for a free frappe and was told the machine were down. I used my points which they took, and now I asked for them back but the lady said she can't do nothing about it. So now I lost points and a free frappe.

I had a terrible experience at McDonald's. I ordered a 10-piece nugget, medium fries, a triple cheeseburger, and a McDouble with extra onions. The fries were cold, the nuggets were old, and neither burger had any onions. The burgers were also very old, likely hours old. Given how busy they were, it's surprising they had so much old food. I wouldn't recommend going during the late-night hours due to the poor food quality. Separate occasion years apart from each other. Save your time the one on old 231 is way better and is a shame not open 24 hours.
Even worse, the McChickens I ordered on Thanksgiving night were over an hour old, rubbery, and missing the requested extra mayo. The bread seemed stale, and the few de-hi onion pieces were almost non existent. Whoever made those sandwiches should be fired. They apparently don't like their job and don't want customers to come back. By the way I ordered both of the mcdouble's with extra de-hi onions.

I'm grateful that there's nothing wrong with my oreo mcflurry, However I had a friend of mine Notice that there was something wrong with his burgers and notice mcchicken is like an hour old thank goodness I'm from out of town and I don't think i'm coming back to this mcdonald's in the near future anytime soon.
