Should not take 45 minutes to get 2 combo meals to go. Terrible design for 2 drive thru lines when it blocks people from backing out to leave. Very busy due to Christmas shopping, but nobody helping direct traffic. 30 minutes and not one car moved at all in the drive thru

The girl working there treated the customers with utter contempt. I think they were being discriminatory because we are Asian. Well, Japanese people should stay away from this place if that girl is working there at 10:33. We bought and paid for the items, we weren't asking for anything for free. Consider this before you go there, that black girl.

This is the second time I have received an unsweetened tea at this establishment that uses clear cups and the tea is the color of sewage. The workers can see the tea and tell it needs to be thrown out and cleaned to make fresh tea. This is ridiculous.

If I could give a big 0 I definitely would. I mean they charged me then they canceled my order and it was canceled on their end. And then they had me on other occasion just waiting in the drive thru for like 30 damn mins and other cars after me went first. I was like what on earth.

Like a lot of 24hr Mcdonalds, they aren't open for 24 hours. They pretend they are, but they stop taking orders from 3 until about 4:30

So I went to get breakfast like most mornings. Asked for a grape jelly and was told it’s 30 cents? Then I asked why would I pay for a condiment and was told the new boss is a stickler and charges for everything. So I ask for a ketchup and was told only if I got a hash brown fs. Well I had a hash brown so this for me 1 single ketchup. The lady was rude and I was kind so that says a lot about this location. Making up your own rules because you feel is crazy! Put the prices on the menu lol bet people start going to Wendy’s

It's iffy that you'll be told at 1am with people inside eating that they are closed when it's a24hr sore with nothing posted from management this just happened to me rn

I've unfortunately had to get dinner from this place several times in the last 2 months. I usually go right around 7-7:30 pm which seems to be the Best time to get fresh hot food, so I can't complain about that. What I am about to vent about is the "missing onions"! I usually order a McDouble and for some reason, I'd say 8 out of the last 10, I've had 0 onions on my sandwiches. After the first few I started asking for extra onions, assuming this would ensure I had at least some. . .But NO, even having the special treatment sticker saying extra onions they are Still Not adding them to my sandwiches! What is the deal?!?! After taking my burger inside to complain about no onions the last 2 times, they have absolutely smothered the top and bottom buns as well as between both patties. As if the absurd amount of onions is figuratively flipping me the bird for simply wanting onions on my McDoubles! Is anyone else running into the onionless burgers?!?!
