This is the second time I have received an unsweetened tea at this establishment that uses clear cups and the tea is the color of sewage. The workers can see the tea and tell it needs to be thrown out and cleaned to make fresh tea. This is ridiculous.

If I could give a big 0 I definitely would. I mean they charged me then they canceled my order and it was canceled on their end. And then they had me on other occasion just waiting in the drive thru for like 30 damn mins and other cars after me went first. I was like what on earth.

So I went to get breakfast like most mornings. Asked for a grape jelly and was told it’s 30 cents? Then I asked why would I pay for a condiment and was told the new boss is a stickler and charges for everything. So I ask for a ketchup and was told only if I got a hash brown fs. Well I had a hash brown so this for me 1 single ketchup. The lady was rude and I was kind so that says a lot about this location. Making up your own rules because you feel is crazy! Put the prices on the menu lol bet people start going to Wendy’s

I've unfortunately had to get dinner from this place several times in the last 2 months. I usually go right around 7-7:30 pm which seems to be the Best time to get fresh hot food, so I can't complain about that. What I am about to vent about is the "missing onions"! I usually order a McDouble and for some reason, I'd say 8 out of the last 10, I've had 0 onions on my sandwiches. After the first few I started asking for extra onions, assuming this would ensure I had at least some. . .But NO, even having the special treatment sticker saying extra onions they are Still Not adding them to my sandwiches! What is the deal?!?! After taking my burger inside to complain about no onions the last 2 times, they have absolutely smothered the top and bottom buns as well as between both patties. As if the absurd amount of onions is figuratively flipping me the bird for simply wanting onions on my McDoubles! Is anyone else running into the onionless burgers?!?!
Heed the warnings and check to see if you got all your food! I forgot and realized too late that my 10 piece nuggets were missing. No phone number to ask about refunds or a way to fix the missing food.

This has to be the worst one I have been to so far, the drive thru takes forever, 15 min one day, not even during prime time hours.. then this morning I stand in the lobby for 10 min before asking why it's taking so long for my mcmuffin and hash brown and the lady standing there says.. I'm doin my best... then walks over prints the receipt grabs the food and hands me my bag.. the food isn't even hot... smdh.. $15 an hr to start.. for what..

This has to be the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to, waited in line for 15 minutes and didn’t even move one spot then went inside and the manager said I have to wait my rotation to get my food so I requested my money back again. this is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to and never will come back to again, and I suggest others to do the same.

Honestly not sure how this one is still in business, they take forever, they are slow, they mess up orders constantly, their service SUCKS and I’m surprised who ever runs that one isn’t embarrassed because I know I would be. I think the health department or whatever needs to re evaluate this McDonald’s because they either need to get their stuff together or just get shut down all together. Waiting 30 mins for food and to even get our order taken at the speaker when they aren’t even busy isn’t ok or professional for a business ? not to mention they got the drinks wrong ? and their attitudes suck too.
