Went in and got the grinch meal, Waited 20 minutes. To not get my 10 piece or the seasoning packet. Didn’t notice til I got home. So I called and they said sorry do I wanna come back to get it, No by the time I get there to get it. Fries will be cold and everything else will be nasty.

these people are so miserable. if you hate your job so much literally quit. just wanted to come get my children some cookies and apple pies and this man acted as if i asked for his first born child. mind you it’s 6:30pm. not like i came in at 10:50pm. then i informed someone that the man was rude at the first window and all i got was a “yeah he’s always like that” OKAY?????? like someone tell that man to fix his attitude. and no i usually do not complain because i work in the restaurant industry but i would never act like that to a customer.

Ordered a doordash with their buffalo ranch chicken sandwich. Fries wee barely filled, which im used to wo it wasnt a big problem. But then I opened the sandwich and saw the most depressing looking sandwich ever. Disappointing, even for McDonald's.

Immediately when you walk in this McDonald’s, it smells like must, and piss. Multiple people behind the counter with not hats, and no hairnets. I was skeptical about the food. Big Mac had at least 5 hairs in it, food tasted like it had bare greasy hands all over it. Nothing was good. As soon as I walked up to the counter to get my food there was just this aroma of funk. The people in this McDonald’s seriously need to clean up the building and themselves. I wasn’t even able to eat food inside because of the stench. Highly do not recommend.

I try to stay away from writing reviews for businesses because every business has their pros and cons but tonight was extremely unacceptable from the service to the food. I had gotten a McFlurry but they didn’t give me a spoon so my husband had offered to go get it for me so I can continue to eat, I’m not joking it took 20 minutes because all the employees kept ignoring him and their was employees walking in and out of the kitchen going to deliver food to the drive thru that had to pull up to get food. It’s ridiculous that you have to get frustrated to get attention for a SPOON! So now I have cold food and a melted McFlurry that I can’t even eat now because it’s like milk with M&Ms in it.
