i sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes before being spoken to and after having two orders taken from the opposite lane. this mcdonald’s never fails to have horrible speed of service and they need to do better. i arrived at 12:00 am and did not leave until 12:35 am. the only good part of this experience was my food still being hot and accurate after waiting on my mobile order for that long. if they were understaffed they should have communicated that to their customers instead of leaving their speaker box silent for over 10 minutes.

Spent half a hour in the drive through. They weren't THAT busy.
Ordered 5 items, but only 3 were available. If an item is unavailable, then remove it from the menu. If you decide to leave it on the menu, then at least tell people when they try to order it. If you decide to let them order it, then at least tell them before you collect money for it!
We were only told one item was unavailable after they let us order it. The other unavailable item they actually collected the money and then didn't tell us until we got to the window to pick up our food.

45 mins drive through wait and counting and can’t get out of line.

I got sick from their undercooked pink burgers onn11/26/2025. The safe is rude and we're shouting profanities and basically refused service. There was also no soap in the restrooms and several employees had went in and out of the bathroom!
Do not eat here.

Quick and easy
Giving 5 stars because I love Mary and Jessica. Hearing their voices and seeing their facesfirst thing in the morning ensures I will have a great day.
Has to be the slowest McDonald's on the planet. This was our second trip to this location and both times the wait has been awful. I bet we were in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. It's the last time I will go there.
I don't like how they are now have a sign that states you can only stay in the restaurant for 20 minutes while eating your food. Nobody was enforcing it but it is still a bad rule. McDonald's wants to stop being a third place.

There needs to be new managers, new gms here. Two managers sleeping together im sure you could figure out who they are, they playing favoritism at this store. They pick and choose who gets wrote up, *FAVORITISM* the gm kicking homeless people out of the lobby, she wouldn’t let a guy pay for some food. She’s RUDE and very much disrespectful, who even hired her? Sounds like big boss needs to come and pay a visit with the managers and have a sit down discussion about human decency, and how the store really needs to be ran.
The store is just nasty, fruit flies in the orange juice, fruit flies in the coffee machine. there’s more I could say about this store, but everything will come to light real soon.

I mean this 100% when I say this location has some of the rudest people. No manners whatsoever , not even a slight smile , slow service and mediocre food most times. I feel like I’m inconveniencing them by even stopping by and just ordering a drink sometimes . There are maybe 2 nice people but that’s it. This whole team needs to be retrained on customer service skills, or fired and start fresh . I have worked years in customer service before with some of the worst customers while having a TERRIBLE day and never once did I treat them like how they act over here. Not to mention the simple task of them getting my order right any time I go is impossible for them. Do better
Edit: after reading other people’s reviews I’ve noticed the manager seems to be equally as part of the problem as everyone else and probably won’t glance twice at my review. So all I can do is warn future customers who might be going here.
