Received a burger that was made wrong and no fries. While I’ll admit the drink was exactly what I asked for the meal left me unsatisfied and hungry
Staff was rude and directed me to DoorDash while the McDonald’s app directs me to contact them. Lesson learned how dare I expect fries on my $20 McDonald’s meal

What is the point of placing a mobile order if you still have to sit and wait 10 to 15 minutes this is ridiculous. All I ordered was cookies and ice cream and I’ve been here sitting here for over 10 minutes now.

This is probably the best McDonald's in the Lafayette/ West Lafayette area. The employees here are always friendly and helpful and you can still order at the counter with an employee. If you're eating at McDonald's this is the one to go to.

The most polite employees I think n I have ever witnessed in a McDonald's location. I just walked in and was waiting for like a minute before someone asked if I was waiting on a mobile order. They gave me my drink to full up while I waited and had my order ready by the time I got back to the front. I also placed the mobile order maybe 5 minutes before I walked in the door. Very great service. The eating area itself is also very clean and looks really nice.
Went there this morning and had the rudest experience before 8 am. the manager brandon told me he’s going to keep me sitting here since i’m “holding up the line “After 7-8!mins i received my order but didn’t even eat it. I then called after to try to resolve the situation only to get hung up on in my face TWICE. He denied any of this was done. I then had my friend call and Tyler the other manager picked up and basically said brandon would find it funny he was reported and also asked if I called brandon the n word. I am a black woman who was called this not the one doing the calling. I wouldn’t even have a reason as everyone that interacted with me this morning was white.
