UPDATE: Today my husband ordered the grilled chicken pineapple habanero and it was the BEST THING HE'S EVER EATEN IN HIS LIFE!!!!! He absolutely LOVED it!!! And, as always, the waitress was so friendly and welcoming!!! We love Mima's ❤️My husband and I LOVE this place!!! The food is sooo good!!!! It's family owned and they're all super friendly people who really care about your experience!! The waitresses are sweet and attentive!! Definitely try it out!!

First time eating here, the food is fire, real deal good. Beans and rice were seasoned perfectly, and the pork was tender and flavorful. I will be back, can’t wait to try their empanadas!

The food was so good! My favorites were the guacamole and the Al pastor tacos! My husband loved the mole. The tortilla chips are also amazing. Highly recommend!

Many Mexican restaurants in Texas and Southern California are very good, but none are as good as Mima's Family Restaurant. This was our first time here, so tacos, chips, and queso were the test experience. Our hopes were high, but Mima's exceeded those ! The food was great and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. We are looking forward to stopping to eat at Mima's Family Restaurant again soon.

Excellent and authentic Mexican food that is freshly prepared. This locally-owned restaurant has become one of our favorite places for dinner. Super sweet people working there, too.
