Why are all these reviews from other states? What is going on in this restaurant? Once a month a line of black suv's pulls up with no plates and men get out of these vehicles and all go in. In the group of men are big business owners (Rohrmans) and judges (Morrisey/Perrin) have all been seen in these monthly groups. They have been in business since 1997 and hardly serve food. The food I hear is not good so what is happening! People WAKE UP and do not go here!

We love this place and go at least once a month. We highly recommend . Yes the lady might seem rude but sometimes people came across like that. We got to know her and she is actually very friendly person just like the chef. Remember people it might be how your coming across to her to. Some people just have that look please think before judging. I'm just saying. We all have our days.

I can't speak highly enough about this place. It use to be a staple for my husband and I when we were in college at Purdue (2003-2007). Tonight, we were able to take our children to this location for the first time. It was almost nostalgic. So many of the things we loved (decor, staff, food) were just as great as they were 20 years ago. The staff even recognized us from many years ago prior. This is authentic Japanese Hibachi. If you have an appreciation of delicious Japanese cuisine, go here! I wish we lived closer so that we could visit more often.

There was a huge variety of food . Food was fresh and the buffet area was clean . The hibachi was ok but could use a larger variety of items to put into the stir fry . Service was pretty good and prompt. Also it's reasonably priced .

Jo, our cook was wonderful! Food was super fresh and he's hilarious. The lady with the birthmark on her face had a really nasty attitude. Our group noticed she had a different demeanor when a different group came. There is another lady that was helping with serving us she was sweet also. When we went to go pay the birthmark lady started yelling about a tip and how it's law we're supposed to tip. We didn't mind tipping but if that's the reason to have an attitude the whole time we were there then you need not to be in the food service. We will not tip her but will tip Jo and the other woman who knew how to be professional.

Such a fun restaurant with an amazing chef. Legend has it he was born there! He’s so fun, and such a character! The food was marvelous, along with the staff.
