My family and I thoroughly enjoy their breadsticks and cheese, and we find their pizza to be quite good as well; furthermore, the food arrived promptly after we placed our order.

Went there at around 1120 AM , and the place was dirty. Table were dirt and the seats.
Breadsticks were not room temp and about the size of a dime! What happened?? You used to have the best breadsticks

My husband and I have recently ate at Noble Romans and have a few times before as well. The staff is not friendly or welcoming when you arrive and act like you’re bothering them when placing your order. The overall atmosphere feels negative and not very customer service oriented. The pizza was ok. Just didn’t have a positive experience several times in a row while eating here.

The pizza was great, but the service and “extra ingredient” has ruined my desire to ever go back.
Staff can be rude, and make the smallest things super difficult. They also don’t wear hairnets… 2 visits ago there was a hair in my garlic sauce. I threw it away and moved on, it happens. Last time I was there I found one right on top of my pizza. That’s it, I’m done. Which sucks because the pizza is actually decent. The girl at the register has hair down to her behind, loose and not tied in a pony tail or in a hairnet even though she’s around the food. The guy in the “kitchen” had a very long beard that would require a beard net on any other restaurant.
Also, we bought soft drinks just for the root beer which was at the bottom of the keg so the self-serve tap exploded all over me and then no one would change it out.
It’s always dead no matter the day or time we come in, I don’t know how it stays open. It’s a neat little place with a lot of draught options, it’s just executed poorly.

Pizza was undercooked, breadsticks were average. Ordered curbside, but still had to go in and get order.

Great food! We had the pizza, cheese garlic bread and spaghetti, all of them were delicious! Will definitely be going back again and highly recommend you check this place out if you haven’t already.

Genuinely the worst pizza I’ve had. We ordered a Sicilian pizza and the crust was super thin and the sauce/cheese was a total mess. There was supposed to be pepperoni on half of our pizza but there was one or maybe even 2 pieces on the entire pie. It was such a mess we couldn’t even tell. Service is okay and the restaurant was clean, but the food was just straight up disappointing. All I’m gonna say is… it’s HARD to make a bad pizza. I wish I was kidding.
