You have to order at the register once again, get your own drink, and wait for the staff to bring out your order. They don't know who got what so they just yell out who got what. But they as per usual when you pay ask for a tip. I don't feel any embarrassment nor obligation to tip when I do 75% of the work.

Pizza was over done. I asked for the deep dish scallion to be 3/4 baked. It was burnt. The associate taking orders had headphones in his ears. His headphones should not worn while he's working. Being working around food, hair should be pulled back in a ponytail. I saw 3 associates with very long hair.

Easy going, grab your own menu, grab your own drink (unless it's booze) and seat yourself. They'll give you a number to place at your table and they'll bring your food. Very chill, and tvs all around so you won't miss a thing. Highly recommend.

This place literally sucks now. This used to be my favorite place to take my kiddos, but it seems the food has taken a severe quality hit. Our last visit….Ordered two pizzas… one sausage and mushroom…. Which was fine…. One fire in the hole. This pizza was missing peppers and when confronting the lady bringing our food…. Simply got a sorry. It’s as if she had no idea it even was supposed to have peppers on it.Our 3 breadsticks were a complete joke. It’s as if the staff handpicked the worst ones from a batch of under the heat lamp sticks.We will not go back. Quality went down. Price went up! I hope this place closes.

I ordered a deep dish Sicilian pizza and ordered it with extra sauce and for the second time I did not get enough sauce on my pizza whether it is extra sauce or not I am not sure but when you pay $20 for a pizza it should be done right for one and secondly one of the corners was totally messed up like they put it in the box that way and just didn't care plus when they di put sauce on the pizza they seem to have problems on the proper place to put it, I might give them one more chance on a pizza but the bread sticks are still awesome, hard to mess those up.

We went on a Sunday afternoon. The sliders were pretty good—but it was otherwise a mildly disappointing experience. It was very dead inside—but there were SEVERAL tables that were very dirty. The floor was very sticky everywhere. Had to ask twice for my ranch…and it never came. Pretty sure I paid for it, though. Also had to ask twice for our drinks…which finally arrived after we were almost finished with our sliders. I thought the breadsticks were okay—“mid” as the kids would say. Overall, customer service was lacking and environment suspect. 1/10….will not return.

We ordered a pizza that was made wrong. Which was completely fine… but we waited 45 mins AFTER asking twice about it and when we asked about it for the last time, the huddled circle of giggling men just then decided to make it. The store wasn’t busy at all either, a d when we left we got an arrogant passive aggressive reply to “never mind we are just going to leave.” We weren’t even offered a refund. Honestly not the first time this has happened. Super disappointing.
